Allie Wallitner I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Paik for several years now and just have to write a review. Both my parents and my Aunt are patients of Doctor Paik. His care and concern for each one of them is above and beyond anything I have experienced before (and I have had some excellent Doctors). He has called after hours in several instances because of his true concern. Kitsap County is lucky to have such an excellent Physician. His nurse Lindy is pretty amazing too!

Austin Mitchell I highly recommend. I had inguinal hernia surgery in Oct 2023. Despite Overlake Hospital refusing to operate on me because there was a chance of permanent damage, I found Dr Wixted. Its been over a year since my surgery, and I have been able to enjoy running and skiing again. No discomfort at all.

Jéff Adäms Sunday, March 30, 2025, I went into The Doctors Clinic - Urgent Care, Silverdale location. I was welcomed, immediately. Although, I was miserable, and clearly not at my best, they treated me with gracious care and sensitivity. The front desk was exceptionally kind, friendly, courteous, respectful, and professional My experience in previous similar businesses, people are often treated very coldly, like theyre just the next number. Not this place. No, they have a mastery of how to treat people. My interactions were with 5 different staff members, and each were top-notch. Additionally, I observed how they treated other people who were there, and it was good. As a longtime business and community leader and people manager, myself, I know this doesnt just happen all on its own. It starts with hiring quality staff, training them and setting high expectations, and it continues with ongoing support, direction, training, assessments, etc. It can only happen when leadership is determined to keep high standards in service to its customer base (clients or patients), maintain a positive workplace environment, evaluate and improve daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Im almost 60 years old and cannot recall any healthcare business of its kind doing such a remarkably good job. While I dont know others experiences and havent looked into any previous reviews of this business, what I do know is they took care of me better than any other place has. They absolutely went above and beyond in every conceivable way. All the staff there should be able to rest at night, knowing they do their job well. Im beyond satisfied.

James Hiersche Food is way too expensive. And on a 23 dollar order, Safeway said I saved 5 dollars. No one would buy that amount of food for 28 dollars. Imagine life after the merger without any competition whatsoever. Get ready to dig even deeper into your pockets.

Robin Henderson I broke my glasses frame while in Covid-19 lockdown, they were almost two years old, I figured I was screwed. I patched them back together with some wire and limped along. Once we hit Phase II, I called and spoke with Samantha and she informed me my glasses were still under warranty. I just got back with my new frames. Thanks! :-)

Brian Lee Thomas Greetings to one and all, I would like to take a moment to share my experiences using EPPLE family medicine clinic. I have been using this location for almost a year now and I have not yet had a bad experience at the clinic. The doctors and nursing staff are superior to any that I’ve ever worked with in the private sector. The office staff are absolutely exceptional in what they do I would like to specifically acknowledge the work of, Selena and Jennifer they are fantastic in every aspect of what they do. I thoroughly enjoy having medical treatment here and everyone is a pleasure to work with. An area that I would like to bring to people’s attention is working with insurance and healthcare providers external to the office. They understand and help navigate the process of using multiple insurances and the veterans administration, which is no easy task And I truly appreciate their dedication and follow through to make sure that people understand what expectations are and how care is going to be provided and are willing to go the extra mile to work with the bureaucracy that is medical insurance and the federal government. If you are like me and you need somebody who can help you understand your specific medical needs. Please do not hesitate to reach out to EPPLE family medicine. They are absolutely the best in the local area and are very veteran friendly and I encourage anyone who is in search of medical care for themselves or family to strongly consider Epple family medical services.

Amanda Markovich I’d like to give a big shout out to the manager on duty today, Matt. I stopped by with my kids, and had some trouble checking out. Liriel Halstead Brought my son here for some concerns with his health condition. We were seen very soon after arriving and the staff was so nice. The ER doctor who was mildly familiar with my sons condition was open and honest about what our options were and how we could proceed depending on test results. We had to do an IV which my son is not a fan of but the nurse nailed it the first go even with my son twisting and turning. Labs were slightly delayed but because our situation was quite stable im more than happy to wait a bit longer because I know there are other situations in the hospital that are more pressing. Overall we had a really great experience and will continue to come here if and when we need quality ER care.
