He diagnosed the problem, ensured the charging system was working, and replaced the battery. Very fairly priced; glad I came across his other reviews. I highly recommend his service!

Auto-anything is not my strength and the staff always takes time to explain what’s going on (without talking down to me). They give me options that make sense and work with my situation. They’re honest and I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. And how cool is it they’re local and woman-owned! Highly recommend.

Tim Conner Smart Service is now my go to for my auto repair as I really appreciate the thorough and accurate diagnosis of my entire car. They fixed the issue I came to them for and they did some preventative maintenance. I appreciate them calling and sending detailed e-mail to discuss the issue and confirming the plan before doing any work. They also have a convenient after hours vehicle drop off. Very satisfied!
