1 /5 Michael: Edith Zaragosa is an amazing Primary Care Practitioner, she listens and cares about her patients. Unfortunately the office staff and nurses are unprofessional. I have to call repeatedly to ask for simple things like a prior-authorization to refill a standing prescription. I have been told 4 times in 5 business days that someone would call me back and no one ever does. Almost every time I call back myself (a business day later) there is no progress on my request, nor even a record that I called, and we start the request process all over again. Beyond frustrated; I am actively looking for a new Primary Care Provider now.

1 /5 Valorie Severance: I had a very poor experience with my provider and I am not blaming her for it. I blame the management as they have unreasonable meanings of how they see care and treatment. I blame the government and thank God for President Trump that he is going to turn the whole healthcare system around

5 /5 Citlalli Garcia: The best place I’ve been to! Staff is always so kind and communicative. I can usually get an appointment quickly which is great with my schedule. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone who has anxiety in new doctors appointments

1 /5 Carolina Abundis: My children see Dr.Goodman who is an amazing doctor. Unfortunately, he was booked and my 6 week old baby needed to see a doctor urgently regarding a rash that has been progressing and spreading all over his body. When I called for an appointment, we were scheduled with Thomas Jenkins. After an hour wait, he walked in and said oh its acne I cant prescribe anything sorry and as he attempted to walk out after only being in the room for about 20 seconds, I asked him to please take a look at my sons body not just glance at his face. Thomas Jenkins then said even if it was something I cant prescribe anything sorry and before he walked out he said well I dont want to keep you waiting any longer. Ive never experienced this low level medical care in my life. Today my son woke up with an elevated temperature and eyes nearly swollen shut! I will be returning, but ONLY when my children are scheduled with Dr.Goodman who I highly recommend.
