5 /5 Nichole Jensen: I don’t understand why they have 2.8 stars. These people have seen me and my son 2 times now and it’s been the best experience ever. They are kind and caring. Everything you want in an urgent care. Thank you to the team who took care of us the other night when my som had cut his finger. It was 5 minutes to close. My husband ran inside in panic mode. And instead of telling us no (like health first urgent care) did down the street. They took us right away. I love their team.

1 /5 maria uribe: The one star is because the receptionist and the nurse were very kind. So I went in because Ive been having painful urination, pressure to my lower abdomen and cramping for about 4-5 days and just overall just not feeling well. Since I dont have a doctor yet, I decided to go to this place. The PA told me that because my urine was clear and showed no infection was present she could not give me anything. I told her that I have frequent UTIs, at least 5 times a year. Even though I told her about all my symptoms, she still insisted that she would not give me anything. 3 days later I couldnt handle the discomforts anymore, so I went somewhere else, I ended having a fever along with all my symptoms. I was given antibiotics and thankfully Im feeling so much better. The only reason I would probably go back to this place is if I break my toe and I need some tylenol

5 /5 SlicedHam: Went to a different Urgent Care first and didnt get any answers or help. Eric Pearson at Lourdes Urgent Care was amazing! He listened to our concerns and addressed our needs. We had 8 days of misery, but 24 hours after our visit with PA Pearson, things started turning around. The staff at Lourdes Urgent Care was great, the online appointment system was easy and we got in quickly. Thanks!

1 /5 Casey Ramos: Took my son in for an ear infection. Was told his medicine was at one location, went and waited for almost an hour, called the urgent care receptionist and she assured me it was at the original location. Called the urgent care receptionist back after almost another hour and was told they had sent it to another location, went to that location the next day and was told it was at a completely other location, and wouldn’t be ready until early evening. Communication from the urgent care unit was severely lacking.

5 /5 Carol Heath: I went in sooo sick, bleeding, etc. Everyone was so sweet and understanding. Juan was extra sweet and made me feel like family. Again, everyone made me feel well cared for.
