5 /5 Kenny Nguyen: Put the snowchain on for a trip, and the snowchain got loose, damaged the car. We brought it to Martin and he was very friendly, gave us a quote with the most reasonable price and communicated with us very well on the matter. Got the car fixed and it looks perfect now, as if nothing ever happened. Before and after photos are uploaded. Thanks Martin and his team. Will definitely recommend his shop.

1 /5 Roshawn Parker: Well Martin seemed a nice guy we talked about my custom job I’m doing to my car welcoming guys , but if you tell your customers you will do the job you will charge x amount of $ done on time agreed it should be that . But you take on jobs you know u can not do because it’s only two of you that work there you changed the date twice I came different times to drop off things for the job & I thought I had found my car guy we could build a great rapport I show up to find out when to drop my car off you are extremely rude with me saying your coming by my shop to much taking my guy off his job I’m loosing money because of you cuss me out & act like it might go further if I keep talking that other cars are months behind so your stressed & tell me there. Ain’t no time frame now I’ll get to it when ever refuse to give a reason actual done date don’t take jobs you can’t do get mad and cuss your customers out bad business! Now let’s get something clear, not at all did I speak bad of the work that is done at your shop. I seen the work you guys were doing great work as for why I myself decided to proceed with your shop I know good work when I see it I’m sure your customers will be very happy with the finished work & all smiles . However when you replied just notice your story geared towards you being professional the entire time. So not true as ways this post would have never took up my time. As for me dropping by repeatedly as you made it sound . When I dropped the bumper off I explained to you what needed to be done side maker lights & sensor hole there’s no way it was not said at that moment & you also knew I had to order the other parts grille , lights , & sensors. Since you told me 3 weeks seems you would be expecting those parts to be shown up plus u knew there was lots of more work to do I was giving you also. Then you make it seem like I expected to show up & have my project take priority overs others , that’s makes no sense at all what so ever , nice try. Like I said I figured I had found my place & needed to search no longer but the rapport that had been established that’s what was missing it also creates trust you took that away & got mad you should have seen your self ! Your partner & I surely did should have seen the look on his face too you wouldn’t even let me talk you was so mad . Then told me now there ain’t no date & walked off . That was the 2nd date change your partner said one thing you said another the day I dropped off parts you need to complete the I trusted you to do all I was trying to do was find out when the car need to be dropped off it was 2 days from date set the 2nd time because it was a month in . We could have figured it out but you talked very disrespectful to me for no reason we’re both men & should been able to handle that better so again the problem was you taking on the job with at time frame that you gave me went past it got very upset at like I was a bother to you when your supposed to be doing work for me. & yes the way you was talking to me made me feel some type of way . Not cool….. that my experience at your shop . you do great work you two at the shop I’m sure you twos will continue to do great work.
