1 /5 N Blue: A complete joke like most other large system health providers. Note the omission of ‘care’. I scheduled as a new patient because the website boldly proclaimed “accepting new patients”. Apparently, this was not the case as I found out upon arrival to my appointment, a mere month after booking. From their IT to their front desk I was once again able to experience ineptitude at levels I’ve only come to know with hospitals and clinics. I won’t say the Doctor’s name because it’s not his fault, merely those tasked with establishing patient trust in every other facet of the business. Thanks for scribbling the name and number of another Lourdes-associated provider for me on a post-it note. It’s in the trash bin across the hall. A waste of paper, waste of time, waste of money.

5 /5 Nora Hastings: I have had such a positive experience with Lourdes Family Medicine & Primary Care. I have been a patient for about a year. I usually see Caitlyn Uhnak, who is absolutely wonderful. She listens to my concerns and really tries to help me, not just brush off my symptoms. This week, I came down with Covid, and they squeezed me in for a same day video appointment, where I saw another provider, who was equally as wonderful. Office staff are also friendly when I visit. 10/10, absolutely recommend.

5 /5 Alena R: I had been calling the office for quick awhile now. And I kept getting the run around with the personal on the first floor at this establishment. I gave them a last minute call again this morning because my health should be my priority and theirs. I am glad I did today, I spoke to “Kacey” from the front desk. She really went above and beyond to make sure she gathered the information needed for my request. I am happy with my decision to give them one last call. Thank you “Kacey”, you are doing an excellent job.

5 /5 Emmanuel Avila-Cortes: Pharmacy closed April 19th 2019 I will have to come on another day. Great service. Play record I would highly recommend this location they are great with helping the people I would definitely come back medications are usually done on time they do have other services.

1 /5 Trishia Garcia: The lady’s at the labs during check in have no clue what they are doing. They have you check in then let you wait an hour in a half then finally call you up to see if you got a text message to register! Then inform you you have to get back in the line after your done. I had a co worker there at an hour before me and took an hour 15 to let her know they thought it was a double so they deleted it then they put her back in then 30 mins later said they can’t take her lab work order there. What a waist of time. I had to go to a different lab also because I didn’t have time to wait another hour to wait.
