Kaiser Permanente Silverdale Medical Center - Silverdale (WA)

Cliff Little II I was at the Port Orchard Kaiser Permanente this morning. I arrived at 0800 and two people in front of me. The first was a young father with a 3 year old daughter. They were in the lab for a while but while she was in there. I never heard any crying. The lab tech did an amazing job taking her blood without any problems. I would like to give high praise on this lab tech. Her name is Nicole. Great job Nicole

Liriel Halstead Brought my son here for some concerns with his health condition. We were seen very soon after arriving and the staff was so nice. The ER doctor who was mildly familiar with my sons condition was open and honest about what our options were and how we could proceed depending on test results. We had to do an IV which my son is not a fan of but the nurse nailed it the first go even with my son twisting and turning. Labs were slightly delayed but because our situation was quite stable im more than happy to wait a bit longer because I know there are other situations in the hospital that are more pressing. Overall we had a really great experience and will continue to come here if and when we need quality ER care.

Gina Hedrick The Physical therapists at Select Physical Therapy are outstanding. Megan did an awesome job evaluating me. Kassandra noticed something that I was about to do wrong and quickly corrected it. Jade, a new therapist, is also very good at communicating with me. Best experience I have ever had in Physical Therapy!

E H Dr Frandsen (and his assistant Carla (sp?) and the staff) truly care. Period. A family of 3 and we wouldnt go anywhere else on the peninsula for myself, my wife, or our 5 year old daughter. With many allergies, food issues, medication needs, physical set backs (genetic and motorcycle crash related), mental queries, etc etc etc... there are too many things to keep track of. The staff keeps organized, Dr. Frandsen shows compassion and skillful knowledge, and the whole experience is sanitary, careful, unrushed, and honestly what a family pracrice should be striving to create. (He has had more scalpuls in me than I care to admit... Checking this, removing that...) 5 stars through and through. Next time you or a family member need honest care- this practice is the cornerstone of care.

Robin Henderson I broke my glasses frame while in Covid-19 lockdown, they were almost two years old, I figured I was screwed. I patched them back together with some wire and limped along. Once we hit Phase II, I called and spoke with Samantha and she informed me my glasses were still under warranty. I just got back with my new frames. Thanks! :-)

Hannah Erickson My first time at Kitsap Eye Physicians, but I thoroughly enjoyed it! Staff was welcoming and explained everything clearly, and I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Gagnon. He was easy to talk with, and explained things really well. I am looking forward to our next appointment next year!

Allie Wallitner I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Paik for several years now and just have to write a review. Both my parents and my Aunt are patients of Doctor Paik. His care and concern for each one of them is above and beyond anything I have experienced before (and I have had some excellent Doctors). He has called after hours in several instances because of his true concern. Kitsap County is lucky to have such an excellent Physician. His nurse Lindy is pretty amazing too!

Jéff Adäms Sunday, March 30, 2025, I went into The Doctors Clinic - Urgent Care, Silverdale location. I was welcomed, immediately. Although, I was miserable, and clearly not at my best, they treated me with gracious care and sensitivity. The front desk was exceptionally kind, friendly, courteous, respectful, and professional My experience in previous similar businesses, people are often treated very coldly, like theyre just the next number. Not this place. No, they have a mastery of how to treat people. My interactions were with 5 different staff members, and each were top-notch. Additionally, I observed how they treated other people who were there, and it was good. As a longtime business and community leader and people manager, myself, I know this doesnt just happen all on its own. It starts with hiring quality staff, training them and setting high expectations, and it continues with ongoing support, direction, training, assessments, etc. It can only happen when leadership is determined to keep high standards in service to its customer base (clients or patients), maintain a positive workplace environment, evaluate and improve daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Im almost 60 years old and cannot recall any healthcare business of its kind doing such a remarkably good job. While I dont know others experiences and havent looked into any previous reviews of this business, what I do know is they took care of me better than any other place has. They absolutely went above and beyond in every conceivable way. All the staff there should be able to rest at night, knowing they do their job well. Im beyond satisfied.
