Winnie Kendall The lab technician here is just wonderful. My veins are small and difficult to pick, however, every time Ive been here for a blood draw, everything runs smoothly with the nurse taking blood on the first try. Also, if explanations are needed, she gives clear and understandabledirections---along with smiles and compassion---Cant be beat!

Jason B Im not a Kaiser member, but my grandparents are and I take them here often. The whole place is nice, and is pretty wheelchair accessible, the staff working the counters are quick, and the walking path around the facility is a pretty decent way to pass some time while waiting for my grandparents many, many appointments. The only complaint Ive got is that their upstairs/front handicap parking is at a really weird spot thats not particularly useful to people who cant walk too well or need a wheelchair.

S T Dr. Dawson has been so amazing and caring towards me. Im not used to this level of concern. Ive lived in about 8 states or so. No one compares. I dont know what I would do without her, right now.

Allie Wallitner I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Paik for several years now and just have to write a review. Both my parents and my Aunt are patients of Doctor Paik. His care and concern for each one of them is above and beyond anything I have experienced before (and I have had some excellent Doctors). He has called after hours in several instances because of his true concern. Kitsap County is lucky to have such an excellent Physician. His nurse Lindy is pretty amazing too!

Cierra Gilley Ive had a few different Doctors and by far he is the best .... He actually listens to you and CARES and figured out the best option for each problem. He never makes me feel Im over reacting to any of my problems I see him for HE IS THE BEST and u never have to wait long at all to be seen .

Trey Kelly Ive been a patient for about a year. Dr. Wooldridge really listens to your needs and gives you plenty of options when going over your personal health needs. He can do virtual visits if necessary. He really cares for his patients and wont rush you through the annual physical or consultation. He promptly responds to prescriptions and changes to insurance. Hes also very communicative when he is going to be out of the office so that you can plan your visits/refills as necessary. I also liked that he had options for some of my prescriptions that were not covered by my insurance. He recommended a wholesale option with Cost Plus Drugs (owned by Mark Cuban). They were very competitive and he didnt have to mention it during my initial visit. Its nice to have a doctor who seems to enjoy helping his patients.

S Cleveland I attempted to establish care with McCord but Im having to find a new primary care provider now. Initially setting up care with him took 4 months and he refused to address any of my issues during that visit. I had to set up a second appointment to even begin treatment for the issues discussed. During the second appointment he told me that none of the issues I was talking about were in his notes. I do not know what the first appointment was for if he wasnt going to listen to me. Still, nothing was addressed or resolved. I have since attempted to get an appointment, but the availability is over 6 months out. Not only is he not attentive to patients. He is not even accessible.

Richard Westermeyer I recently underwent a medical procedure at Kitsap Gastro and Liver clinic. The staff are kind and compassionate. They are truly dedicated medical professionals. I’m glad these experts provide top-notch care and support here in Poulsbo.
