5 /5 Winnie Kendall: The lab technician here is just wonderful. My veins are small and difficult to pick, however, every time Ive been here for a blood draw, everything runs smoothly with the nurse taking blood on the first try. Also, if explanations are needed, she gives clear and understandabledirections---along with smiles and compassion---Cant be beat!

4 /5 Hailey Yang: 4 stars because at the beginning of my pregnancy I had to see a new doctor each visit. It made it scared to have my baby because I wasn’t having any real relationship with one specific doctor (and the doctor I originally asked for wasn’t accepting new patients). Towards the end of my pregnancy, baby was breech so I had to see one of their specialists from then on, wonderful Dr.Leslie Waldman. She was with me through the end of my pregnancy, continues to be my primary care doctor and my son’s doctor. I purposely got pregnant with my second before we had to move just so she could be the one to deliver my baby again and even though it was an emergency at 4 am 5 weeks early (and just hours after seeing her for my first kiddos well child appointment), she still showed up and we joked about how I just wanted to hangout with her even more. She was the best doctor I have ever had but unfortunately she left the office around the same time I had to move out of the area. I’m sure the other doctors there are great as well but the only two I really built a connection with ended up leaving. It would be 5 stars had I continued to see the same doctor while I was anxious during my first pregnancy, but unfortunately my anxiety continued to peak as each visit was someone new. Perhaps it was just a fluke at the time? The office ladies were also wonderful. I don’t remember her name but the blonde woman in maybe her 30s or 40s was always so nice to me and my kiddos and remembered us by name. The last few visits I had not seen her either so maybe she left? Got promoted? Who knows. But I was a wonderful experience here for the 2 - 2.5 years I used them

5 /5 Kaylee Nydegger: Giving them 5 starts just for how nice and helpful reception and everyone else I talked to over the phone was. When this was CHI Franciscan, almost everyone I spoke to and had care with was rude and terrible to the point I completely stopped prenatal care with them about halfway through my pregnancy. I only called here because I needed a referral and they were so incredibly friendly and helpful.

2 /5 Roger Goettling: The Saint Michaels hospital so far is been the worst experience of my life or close some of the people here not the doctors what the nurses or belligerent nasty unforgiving. I’m convinced that they’re trying to chase me out of the hospital because I’m a senior citizen, and I think they’re gonna win even though it may kill me Very likely will

5 /5 Michelle Cardwell: I love my Dr here. This facility has the best care and studies. They always treat me good here. Also the women at the front desk that have been there since they opened this location have the best customer service . The lady at the lab is nice too!!
