Baylie Paul Dr. Toponce removed my wisdom teeth and I give them a 5 start for their staff friendliness and excellent service. I had anxiety about being put under anesthesia and they made the whole process from start to finish relaxing and very reassuring to my concerns!! Highly recommend!

B Perazzo Dr. Rowe is fantastic along with his staff. All of them are welcoming, friendly, have compassion and do what is in the best needs of the patient. He takes the time to go through all of the options, answers your questions and breaks it down so you can understand it.

Jessica Tamburello I really enjoy the staff, they’ve always been kind and thorough with my children’s care while providing a comfortable environment. They have always respected my decision as their mother even if it goes against the societal norms. They have made it a “fun” place to visit, therefore my children have always been excited to go in. The staff does a great job take taking the fear out of going to the dentist. They communicate well with all ages and are very patient. I am so grateful that we have access to quality dental care.

Emily Overstreet This was the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. The team was so helpful and kind and made the dentist a little less scary. I called the emergency line and they helped make sure the front desk knew what was going on and together they were able to get me in early that morning. They improvised to find a temporary solution while I wait on the permanent retainer. When they found a cavity they built a plan and made sure when I left I had a complete understanding of how to follow it. I was very anxious because of the issue that brought me in and they quickly put my mind at ease!

Kim Anderson My husband and I went to Kennewick Dental for the first time. It was a great experience! The front desk staff were welcoming, helpful and courteous. The hygienist took great care of us and while getting a thorough cleaning, was were gentle. The office has modern equipment, and digital x-rays are amazing! You get results immediately and they are so clear! We will definitely be going there again! I highly recommend!

Christopher Wray Really incredible service. One of the best parts was the Christian music playing, and during surgery the surgeon and lady helping were softly singing over me while they worked. So thankful for the experience.

Sheri Kurtz Quail Ridge Dental is fantastic. I love Dr Beck and his staff. You can get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and they are good in an emergency. Jen is my hygienist and I love her too. She is the perfect blend between getting a great cleaning and being gentle. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dennis Winden Dr. King recently completed a Dental Implant to replace a molar. He was very thorough in clearly communicating to me the various options I had for dental repair. Having this implant has completely alleviated the dull pain I had experienced for years. I also recently, over the Holidays, had a previous dental crown break on a day when their office was closed. Dr. King responded to my phone call and had me meet him at his office for a temporary repair within the hour. He was able to complete the repair, determined the cause of the crown failure, and had me scheduled for a permanent crown replacement the following week. The Staff at Kennewick Family Smiles has provided excellent dental preventative care for my family for the last 20 years here in the Tri-Cities. The whole staff is very friendly and professional in all of their services. I highly recommend Dr. Isaac King and his Staff at Kennewick Family Smiles for all of your dental needs.
