5 /5 Samantha Nakamoto: The staff has been patient, kind and professional even when I was in a poor mood or had a conflicting schedule. It’s tough sometimes to get through on the phone due to staff shortage and a busy office. Thankfully everyone has been accommodating when I was feeling ill during my procedures and very positive.

1 /5 Tanya Winn: Dr Rust needs compassion and sensitivity training. He does not know how to talk to or treat people/teenagers with severe anxiety. I’ve talked to other workers there and they even know and agree! Which is the sad part because either no one has told him or his boss or he’s too high up on the employee chain of command. Even other dental offices have said they’ve hear about patients who have had issues with him. If you go there definitely get someone other than him. We did have an amazing hygienist that helped remedy the situation after the fact. But still transferred my daughter out due to his poor patient communication style.

1 /5 Ruby Rudd: They tried to blame it on our insurance for as long as they could before eventually explaining (after filling 1) that its apparently their policy to do 1 cavity filling per appointment. Not even 1 tooth. 1 cavity per visit. Every other place in the valley thought that was crazy. "It takes too long" it doesnt at any other dentist. They then couldnt be bothered to send their x-rays to our new office. Most of the staff was sweet but I wouldnt recommend going here unless you wanna pay for the CEOs vaycay.

5 /5 Sam Woods: Im constantly telling people I have too much fun at the dentists because of my experience here. Past experiences with dentist offices have made me weary of prioritizing my dental visits unless there is pain involved and it was a relief to finally go to a dentists office where I faced no judgement and was treated with respect. Dr. Hernandez and Jill (along with other staff members) were kind, patient, funny, and vital in my journey to return my teeth to a healthy state. Thank you for being a facility that I feel comfortable returning to in the future and for putting my needs first. After numerous visits and getting to know this team, you couldnt put your care in better hands.

5 /5 fred padjen: Staff brought me in to the exam room within five minutes of my scheduled appointment. The assistant, Jill, was professional, efficient and friendly. Dr. Hernandez came in and examined my teeth, again, professional and friendly. All in all, a very good first impression and similar to other good dental experiences Ive had over the last 65years. No B.S., no pressure to up-sell unnecessary dental work. They seem to be real medical professionals.
