1 /5 Vanessa Digby: Not impressed overall! This office is staffed part time and shared, so its difficult to get appointments; especially for more critical issues in a timely manner. After having numerous issues with quality, and installation of braces, expanders, and retainers; we have had enough and are going elsewhere in Ellensburg for continuing treatment for our son. Be cautious-they "buy" 4 star reviews by rewarding parents and kids in office with swag which Im not a fan off. If youre office and practice is so great, why do you need to incentivize people to leave overinflated reviews in order to get swag/merchandise. Overall, not a fan of their practices, and will absolutely not be coming back; even after being offered a severe discount on continuing treatment.
