After my initial new patient appointment, I was able to get in for a cleaning right away due to a cancellation and Nicole was eager to get me back and complete the cleaning. Nicole was very sweet and personable and did a great job! She made sure I was comfortable and kept checking in with me throughout the service. Excited to get another cleaning with her in 6 months!

Emma Hello, I went through a fairly traumatic experience and damaged my two front teeth pretty bad. I originally went to a dentist in Yakima that up charged me completely taking advantage of a girl who has never had dental issues in the past and in an emergency situation. They said before they do any sort of treatment they need to charge 4000 dollars for a cleaning that I didnt need and then another 6000 to do the wrong procedure. When I got an initial appointment at sunrise dental they treated me kindly and I got the best service. They told me the truth and that they could do an emergency surgery AFTER they close on the upcoming Thursday which was music to my ears. I was in so much pain and they knew it they explained everything to me clearly and answered any questions I had about financing, insurance, and different options on procedures, it has been a year in the making but I finally have my beautiful smile back and a dentist I was return to over and over again for as long as Im in Ellensburg. Thank you sunrise dental everything youve done for me means a lot.

Abbie Lee I was very pleased and impressed at my first appointment. The team was friendly, and asked many questions to help understand how to make the experience positive. I value informed consent, and being heard, not challenged when I choose to go against the standard care. They were not pushy on any treatment or product, explained what they were doing and explained what they found. Being Pregnant I chose to decline a few things I til a later date and it was received graciously and without push back. I also appreciate their cash pay membership as someone that does not have traditional dental insurance.

No one in my family has ever had a problem getting in for an appointment, whether regular check-ups or for particular semi-emergent issues. Personable hygienists and office staff as well.
