1 /5 Kassie Albrecht: This place is a joke. I drove 45 minutes to get here and because I was 12 minutes late. They wouldn’t see me. It’s a joke.! I suggest finding a new dentist or doctor because this place sucks!! I cannot believe I drove all that way to get here and they won’t see me because I was 12 minutes late! They do not make you aware of their late policy to begin with that’s only the beginning!!! Really find a new doctor or dentist because this isn’t it they suck!!!

3 /5 Emma Williams: Most of the staff is friendly. However, they will list the times available for the doctor you want to see, but put you with someone else anyways. I havent had an issue with scheduling before, but for my most recent visit... they put me with Dr. Parga. Despite that not being my primary doctor, OR who I asked for (nice lady though). And they scheduled her for my upcoming visit even though I was being scheduled for Dr. Bowen when we spoke at the desk. Good doctors for the most part... its the receptionists to look out for.

1 /5 Jenny Wilson: My appointment to establish care was a complete waste of time. Blood work was to include hormone levels and wasnt done. Im on disability and was there to establish care as a new patient. She didnt even give me an exam blood pressure was taken a blood draw was done and everything else had to be a referral out to someone else. And were not followed through with. I was told I could do virtual appointments to get my anxiety medication from a psychiatrist. While setting up appointment they advised I had to come into the Ellensburg office to make the virtual appointment call. Thats not a virtual appointment!

3 /5 M S: No same day appointments whatsoever, with any physician, despite being an established patient. You will be passed around from doctor to doctor which means these doctors can and do make changes to to ur prescriptions without seeing you, and for me most recently, without telling me. My prescription was canceled by a doctor I haven’t seen in over a year, who didnt prescribe me the medication and I wasn’t notified until I went to the pharmacy. If some physician cancels a prescription, notify the patient at least! Dr Jacob Matheson is a genius. He really approaches medicine with a lot of critical thinking, he doesn’t just over Medicate and push you out. He draws diagrams and explains things he’s very knowledgeable. I have seen maya korhler, md who was a traveling dr. She was very thorough, took her time, asked me questions and gave me alternative medication suggestions. Saw Ryan boggess of the mental health department and he was great. The female receptionist I spoke to about dental work was very rude and condescending. Can’t say I’ve been spoken to like that by a professional in a long time. It took over two weeks to get a call back about dental care first visit.
