Phillip Burrell These folks are great. I own and operate a local Pest Control company and appreciate efficient and effective service as I would only expect my customers to as well. One of my trucks was having issues that I could hear and feel. After describing the issue to them they promptly got me on the schedule. Providing automated text message reminders about my appointment which is awesome for someone trying to schedule and remember things on the go all day. Once diagnosed they provided a text link to a quote with detailed description of what was done and found. Ultimately a bad wheelbearing and hub. I have a third party warranty that they were quickly able to get approval for coverage of work done. Not all third party warranties are easy to work with. Truck is fixed, no noise, drives smooth. Matt Dinsmore We broke down in Colfax on our way to Lewiston from Spokane and ACJ was recommended by a number of people in the community and we werent disappointed. They diagnosed our condition quickly, worked extra hours to fix our problem to get us on our way (drove to Lewiston to get the right part), and even let us park our camper in the parking lot while they got our car fixed. Knowing I was out of town, John gave me a discount to the local hotel and pointed us in the right direction for a great place to stay while they worked on our vehicle. When I went to pick up our camper after our vehicle was fixed the next day 0730 (they open at 0900), I found that a vehicle was blocking our camper affecting our ability to hook up, and I was able to call John and was able to get the vehicle moved before they opened. I appreciate their home town service and certainly excel in customer service! Thanks!
