T. M. Brenner They did an awesome job fixing my AC and doing an alignment, and it was much more affordable than I would have guessed. I was worried theyd say I needed a whole new AC system, but they were honest and let me know it was just a valve that needed replacing. The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and Ill definitely be getting help from Gaynors in the future.

Joe A First time I brought my 2016 E400 Mercedes to a repair shop other than the dealership. Let me just say I was very pleased with the excellent friendly customer service Hamm Autoworks provided. They installed the new Motor mounts and their price was way more reasonable than other shops to include the dealership. They returned my car just as super clean the way I had turn it in to them. From now on if my E400 needs any repairs, Hamm autoworks is the shop I will most definitely come to.

Merry Berry If you are looking for an honest, reliable place to get car repairs or oil changes in Vancouver, I highly recommend Cascade Park Automotive. Its always nerve-wracking choosing a new car repair shop, but the owner, Justin, was upfront with me about what needs to be fixed now vs. what might need to be fixed down the road. He will not try to sell you on anything you dont need like so many other repair shops. Justin will save you money, and on top of that, he is communicative and courteous. Skip the chains and support this local business.

Brandon Fransik Faazan was very informative when I asked him to help me pick tires (settled on Blizzaks - the best winter tire from personal experience) for my GX470, and he weighed other options with me and had suggestions. Tires installed yesterday, rear brakes, and wipers. He got it all done right and was timely, and also was very communicative throughout the whole process! Loved the service and fair pricing. Will be going to him for work on my vehicle from now on. Highly recommend!

CrazyApfel I found myself suddenly in need of an emergency mechanic – here I am, out of town in Portland, OR, and my oil pan is busted. If only someone could come right here, on Memorial Day weekend, and fix it for me so I can go home(yeah right)! He contacted me back, and said he could help. Not only that, but he comes to where you are(no need to have it towed to a shop)! It wasnt an easy fix, but Rick uses all means at his disposal. When it seemed he wasnt going to be able to fix it over the weekend, he prepared to tow it for us. Then, with it on the tow dolly he realized what he could do differently, and fixed it. Theres still a couple things I need my mechanic to do for it to be completely repaired, but Rick & his team took care of me & my son, did locate a new oil pan, put it on, and got it running. I was able to drive it over 200 miles home instead of having it towed. An experience for my son, and my wife and I are very grateful! Rick is an amazing person, keeping his word, and his way is to think of a way to get it done, and do it. If youve ever had a mechanic friend help you by working on your car, its like that. He drove us to a hotel when we had to stay a night, and he is intentional to be affordable. A man with integrity, and he applies that to his business. Ariel Young I cant say enough good things about Peters Imports in Vancouver! I recently brought in my "new to me" 1992 Volvo, which needed *a lot* of work to get it running properly—brakes, seals, ECM monitor, fuel pump work, and more! I’ve had some bad experiences with mechanics in the past, so I tend to avoid them and try to handle repairs myself. But when I hit a wall and just couldn’t solve the issues, I decided to give them a try. From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly welcoming and in great spirits, which immediately put me at ease. They got me in quickly, and kept me informed at every step of the repair process. When I took the car to work on the first day after the repairs, it still felt a little off. Without hesitation, they came out to my job to give the car a thorough once-over to make sure everything was safe. Turns out, the issue was actually with the tire- so my Volvo earned herself a *complete* makeover.. The fact that they drove out to me really blew me away. They were super kind about it too. They are absolutely my mechanics for life now—honestly, I couldn’t recommend them more!

Iosefa Mageo I recently had James, a mobile mechanic, work on my car, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He replaced all my brake rotors and pads, diagnosed an issue with my brake vacuum pump, and replaced it—all in two visits. James arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and did an outstanding job fixing everything. My car is running perfectly now, and I’m beyond satisfied with the results.
