1 /5 Yesica Villegas: I went in for my dental cleaning and unfortunately the dental hygienist was not very kind. Most of the staff seemed to be in a bad mood/attitude. The last few times I’ve gone, I left feeling awkward. I went in feeling happy and walked out feeling out of place. Customer service is so important. This was one of the only dentist offices my insurance accepted which is why I stayed this long but unfortunately, I will be looking elsewhere.

5 /5 steve sherman: The entire team has been wonderful to work with. They went the extra mile to accommodate my difficult schedule. They stood behind their work. Their facility is clean and comfortable. I couldn’t ask for anything more in someone(s) as important as a dentist.

1 /5 Sharon Reyna: I recently moved to the Tricities and decided to see Dr. Barton. I am not sure if he woke up on the wrong side of the bed today but his attitude was not appreciated. I have had dental issues all my life, and I felt like it was important to share my concerns with him as my dentist, his response was "I didnt ask you that". He continued going off on me, until he realized he was being a jerk, stopped himself, fumbled through words and changed the topic. I dont know if he is going through something in his personal life to be acting like that with patients, but it was highly unprofessional. On a positive note, the staff was great, the dental hygienist was kind and warm. Barton, I hope you have the day you deserve.

1 /5 Ed Z: We’re done with Barton and Blair Dental Center Three times in the past year and a half we have expressed our concerns about having to trod through pigeon poo to enter the facility. Today’s visit was another episode of a filthy entrance giving us a very bad experience. Twice I have been painfully poked on the exterior of my mouth with a sharp instrument, on the upper lip, by Dr. Barton who made no apologies. I remarked that I am not here for a piercing only to be ignored. During my wife’s cleaning today her face was being sprayed with water that dripped down her cheek into her ear. In our opinion Barton and Blair Dental Center does not offer a professional or compassionate dental service. We know this because we have received extraordinary care from our previous care providers when we lived in Seattle, as a comparison. We are now seeking a new dental professional that has more pride in the sanitary conditions of their establishment, higher quality of skills, with more compassionate care for patients. We will not recommend or return, very disappointed with Dr. Barton. Edit: 8/21/24 The lack of a response is very telling, no real concern for your patients.

1 /5 marwa alkhuzaie: I would not recommend this place at all, I had a terrible experinece with the dental hygienist. The dental hygienist was horrible, she was snarky and had a bad attitude and many disrespectful remarks throughout my visit. When I had questions the hygienist would reply “Im not a blank graduate” regarding simple questions that didnt require a degree? she was overall a very rude individual Im her responses and gave me dirty looks the whole visit. My family and I will not be returning to this office. Terrible experience 0/10.
