Jenny Firoved I was very happy with the service I received. I went in for an ac recharge. They told me that they would do a service check on my vehicle. They did find several things that ranged from semi important to really should be repaired quickly, with photos of all issues. At no time did I feel pressured to have them to the repairs. I asked what the cost would be. They gave me a few quotes depending what I wanted done. I agreed on the important things getting serviced. They had my car for 2 days which is what I was told. When I picked up my vehicle, there were no surprise charges and it was also cleaned inside and out! I will be a future customer and will tell everyone I know needing car repairs to give them a try.

They provided kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable service. They conducted bumper to bumper diagnostic testing and reported things that were critical and things that could wait. Ha Travis Conaway motors worked in my Audi s3. After many hours of tearing it apart and trying to fix it myself, I accepted defeat and towed it to Conaway. They were fast. Took 2 days to diagnose, and 2 days to get it done. I had originally figured there was water in my fuel and thought I got it all out, but when Conaway took it, they diagnosed it with the same issue and cleared my tank + crankcase correctly. Eric, the tech who worked on my car was extremely knowledgeable and had great customer service. Had a great conversation with him over the car and he was super helpful. Told me exactly what he did. My float on my fuel pump was even broken (I told him dont worry about it), but he even fixed it for me when he took the fuel pump out. Along with adding a clamp to one of my loose hoses. And then told me other little things about my car just to make sure I knew about them Broken plastics/supports etc). Overall, was worth my money and great experience. They know what theyre doing for sure. Adding on to that, Logan was super nice over the phone and even though I was being a pain in the butt, he stayed professional and reassured me. Thank you Conaway!
