tallnskinny Wyatte and Jim were absolute lifesavers when I had a flat tire on my dually, with a truck camper and trailer! Id actually never changed a dually tire and the stock kit didnt have the correct tools to do the job. While they werent allowed to work on personal vehicles they did allow me to back into the outside bay out of the wind and loaned me a few key tools to swap my spare on. They ensured my safety all for $0 (I filled up with diesel before but when in to buy a few key tools Wyatte said were inside as thanks). To say I was impressed and appreciative is just not enough. I left Loves far better off than the way I arrived and am owe my smooth arrival home last night to these two men Note that Id been hunting and driving since 5am and was 1.5 hours from home so the help was triple appreciated as I was exhausted!

Erin Dickinson Amazing customer service and beyond fair pricing. My car started acting strange outside Moses Lake and I limped into Adams automotive with 2 hours to get to Spokane for a work obligation. Adam gave me keys to a loaner, his awesome daughter tracked me down a cell phone charger, he thoroughly diagnosed my car while I traveled to Spokane and back, gave me sound advice and didnt charge me enough for his time. I cant say enough good things about my experience with Adam and his employees. Hands down the absolute best experience Ive ever had re: my car breaking down, and I own a Mini so Ive had my fair share!
