Andrew Hild, MD - Moses Lake (WA)

Denise Johnson I have been very patient with Dr Patel and have been seeing him for at least 2 years but I’m tired of him not getting orders in MRI and emergency imaging, always being gone, and overall poor attention to details. However he has some awesome nurses I will miss. I’m moving to Confluence Doctors. 3 star review 8-25-23 now 5 star review So I wanted to upgrade the care review that I gave on Dr Patel. I did make appointments with other doctors that were booked 8 months out unfortunately so I saw Dr Patel again and was greatly surprised and pleased with everything. Although I will still see the specialist, I have decided to keep Dr Patel as my primary. He always was a good doctor but I can see he has improved substantially. He has become more through, asks more questions, and just really seems to be on his game.

AmyJean Smith Dr Hild was amazing with my father in law. He takes time to pre-read your file and walkes into the room *prepared*. Thats SO rare today! He spoke clearly, used easily understood terms and with great patience. He was able to communicate with a specialist at the hospital that wed had problems connecting with - and facilitated the next step *for* us. I feel absolutely confident in him. When we left the clinic, my father in law cried - saying that was the first doctor hed seen in years that he felt actually cared about him. Well done Dr. Hild!!

Larry Lambert Dr Orton Replaced my knee and he and his team did an outstanding job. Every member of his team are very professional and caring. The surgery was a bit more painful than I expected but now my new knee is like it was 40 years ago!!!!!! Dr Orton in my opinion is an excellent surgeon and we are lucky to have him here in Moses Lake!

Jim Reigstad Went to the ER for a heart issue. Wasnt feeling well at all. You could tell these professionals had protocols in place, as they should, but from the first 30 seconds in the ER, I had an IV, blood work being done, ECG...everything. I know this isnt their first rodeo. However, to see a well oiled machine at a time which i wasnt feeling great, provided confidence in the institution, which made me feel better. The nurses and the radiologist tech who worked on me on 12/19 from around 12 to 3ish AM were exceptional. They were professional, caring, funny, and helpful. At that time, I would have thought to see a bunch of people who were there to just do their jobs, be glum, just doing what has to be done. These folks were a team, high energy, excellent care. It was just comforting. When you have a team like that, it contributes to the overall outcome, at least in my situation, of patient health when leaving the ER. These folks were unparalleled in providing care and confidence. Thank you for taking care of me.
