5 /5 Troy Schuh: Accurate Lines was recommended to me by my issuance agent after a deer ran into the side of 1993 Mazda RX-7 because of their high skill level. This was my first time needing body work and didnt know who to work with. This is a collector vehicle and exceptionally precious to me and they repaired it even better than it was before. They were professional and fantastic to work with from start to end. I highly recommend Zack and his team to anyone needing any paint or body repair. 1 /5 Skyler Fussell: I am surpised from the rest of these amazing reviews that my experience was not as great. Im not sure if it was because it was an insurance claim and not a regular paying customer. Accurate lines had my truck from July 25th to around October 25th. For a minor front end collision repair. For the $10,000+ invoice for my insurance you would think they would use new parts and pay attention to details. However, they used a used headlight on the passenger side that is cleary used (yellowing and scratched up already) There are broken undercarriage pieces still, the grill is not fully installed.. communication during the process was nearly non existent. I had called several times throughout several weeks; with no real answer. Only way I could get through was calling the north shop. Ever. After finally getting an answer on the whereabouts of the truck I told by one of the managers that they had a not so great time with my insurance agent on a previous claim, and said they had a hard time making contact. Instead of ghosting me and waiting for my insurance, they could have easily contacted me and had me contact my insurance to get the ball rolling. Which is ultimately what had to happen to get the truck back, in a wildly untimely manner. Disappointing when you are treated like the bad guy in a terrible situation of dealing with insurance and trying to help figure out your truck. Are you faced with the unfortunate situation of having to deal with insurance and getting your vehicle repaired? Look elsewhere for more support.

5 /5 Mark McCoy: Stopped by to see if they could removed a dent in my 2013 Equinox. Steve found a quick and cost effective solution via his other shop. He asked Zach to help out and they were able to get me on my way! Definitely appreciate them going above and beyond, helping out and providing amazing customer service! Thanks guys!

5 /5 kruck 5266: If this is not proof of what Steve and all of accurate lines can do when you want a customized job done I dont know what else to say. I have known Steve a long time so when I got back in contact with him after, god it was years told him my wife died andwant to do a tribute them for her camaro she always wanted after the front got smashed the hole shop became involved from us picking every piece of carbon to the lace racing stripes and trim around the body kit to match her favorite dress to ware to the club.
