Karly Kupferberg Carrie was referred to be me by a friend who had been living in Washington state for a while. As a new resident, Carrie welcomed me and took care of my auto policy needs and supported me when switching vehicles. She is very articulate when I have questions and she is always available! Nate Tepp Ive always valued working with an insurance agent and when my previous agent left the industry I was anxious to find someone to fill her shoes. Amanda is the gold standard for knowledgeable, service and affordability. Amanda emailed me a proposal within 4 hours of my initial email inquiry. By the end of the following day I had switched insurance carries, saved 30% from what I was previously paying and had my new policy in-place and old policy cancelled. She did all of this while simultaneously assisting me with a claim I had recently submitted under my prior policy. Ive already referred 2 of my clients over to her because I know she will make me look good with the service she provides her customers! Jared Lange Paul and Sarah are amazing. Truly an agency that cares about people. A short story as to why. Due to relocation I had to change groups. My new agency failed to cancel my policies in a previous state and therefore I continued unknowingly to pay for them. I dont remember how everything transpired but someone reached out to PNI about my coverage though I was under another agency at this time. Instead of just ignoring it Sarah flat out fixed it. She got my money refunded and my policy changes taken care of. That is just 1 of the above and beyond things they did for me. If I ever move back to WA or CA they will be my first call.
