5 /5 Justin Summers: Western has been awesome, had to switch off of a different broker in the Spokane area that was never responsive and took forever getting us policy checks and updates, western is fast has reliable people and very easy to work with. We had Kevin set us up initially and it was a smooth process. Highly recommend them for auto and home insurance if you want good rates.

After looking at internet related information and calling 2 different companies, I wasn’t getting what I wanted and the service representatives were unable to answer my questions. I called Western Insurance since they were local and spoke with Kevin. I explained my issue and needs. Kevin was able to not only answer all my questions but get me an affordable rate for my builders insurance.
