Yesterday, I added my nephew to our insurance policy and in 30 minutes, we have the tailored policy. All staff are responsive, patient, knowledgeable. Dale Holpainen I have been doing business with Magnolia Insurance for more years now than I can remember. My agent is Toni Matous. I love this gal because she takes care of everything so quickly. It makes not difference if I call or write an email or a text I get an immediate reply. She always keeps me updated, along with making suggestions, when the insurance carriers make changes which as we know seems to be all the time. Im like most people when it comes to insurance. I wish I didnt have to have it and I dont like having to pay for it. But its kinda like paying taxes in this regard, I cant get out of it. But since I cant I at least want it to be easy and taken care of when something happens and I need it. Thanks Toni for always being there and taking care of me. Dale

chris wilson I had a question about my new home policy and my previous agent had sold his business so this was my first interaction with my new agent. They conducted a review of our home, auto and umbrella policies and helped me to understand where I could save money on the premiums by adjusting coverages/deductions that still provided ample protection for us. They noticed that we werent receiving a discount on our auto insurance since we had retired and made that adjustment to our policy as well. I feel like I better understand our coverages and we are now paying less than we would have otherwise. It was a quick, thorough and painless process.

Lisa Franke The Hartford is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. They put so little effort into my case and didnt talk to my doctors, strung me along for literally months while I had no income, and continued to deny me coverage for pathetic reasons that were at odds with everything my medical team said. I had even jumped through all of their hoops. They told me things and then claimed they never said them. Id leave voicemails they seemingly didnt listen to. I got bounced between probably three different agents. Honestly, dealing with the Hartford was probably the worst part of HAVING CANCER. DO NOT USE THE HARTFORD. NO MATTER WHAT. ITS NOT WORTH IT. Now I just hope I dont end up losing my house. Thanks, guys.

D R Set up insurance ahead of time for a new car I was getting. Employees there helped me get what I needed and set up the app on my phone pretty easily.
