Cecelia Linsley Almost two years after the center stone in my engagement ring became disengaged from the rest of the ring, I took it on Monday to Grahams Jewelers to have it repaired with a new stone. Mr. Nguyen found a perfect replacement stone in his supply and, when I asked if he could also resize the ring and my wedding ring, he assured me he could do anything. Two days later, I picked both rings up and theyre beautiful! I could tell that Mr. Nguyen could see how happy I was and that he was proud of his work. We found the price for the work and the stone to be very reasonable. I will definitely take any future jewelry repairs here!

Hanz Atia I had the absolute best experience buying an engagement ring here. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door, and really excited about the older rings they had to offer. I ended up finding the perfect one here— it’s a 1918 ring in perfect condition. Kevin Crane really made buying this ring an experience, he told us the history of the ring as well as the way he came to be a jeweler, and he took the time to talk to us about a modifications I wanted to make, swapping out the diamond for an emerald. He also designs jewelry and his own work is fantastic as well! He is a true artist in his work, I can’t say enough about how gorgeous this ring is and the amazing work he did on it.

Logan Silverberg First off: special shout out to Sam Altman of the University Village location in Seattle, WA. He took the time to educate me on what to look for in diamonds and settings, explained all the options, and even helped me pick a few different combinations of stone and settings. I loved the fact that I could see each individual diamond online at high magnification and 360 degree view. It really helped me pick the perfect stone. I also loved that I could see how various shapes would look on every single setting available. My only qualm is that FedEx is a terrible courier and delivered my package a week later than scheduled on 2nd Day shipping due to a myriad of problems. I wish Brilliant Earth would use a different courier.

Brittney Waterhouse I cannot recommend Lisa enough. She helped me re-structure some family jewelry that I inherited and then when I had a terrible experience with another jeweler for my custom engagement ring she came to my rescue. She is so kind and makes the process fun! I could tell she was just as excited as we were about the project and it filled me with so much peace. Victor Law My wife came in looking at their jewelry collection. The interior was modern and spacious. There were collections from different artists all over the world. Every artist had their own little area, which was fitting. My wife found some beautiful necklaces, and the lady helping her was very patient and kind. My wife bought the necklace and wore it out.

Brenna Shie I wish I was better at getting everyone’s names, but love the location. Started coming initially because I had some broken chains so pendants that had no home and they were more than helpful multiple times. Even on sale days I came in while it was busy and they were able to help me look for the type of earrings that suit me best. I love my Mejuri earrings for daily wear. I really wanted a new pendant for the chain I bought there initially (holding up beautifully after a couple years and it’s quite petite. I got a beautiful heart pendant and an initial pendant. He had me try it on and I tried the pendant on the chunkier chain I was wearing and it also fit beautifully (useful that it has a generous bale). He packages it up beautifully, and I stopped in today for a chain extended to give it more room (awesome price for 14k). The staff always are helpful with my questions even when I shop in for a quick one or a longer one and clean my Mejuri items while I’m there (my pendant was so shiny!). Recommend for jewelry needs (been going long enough I feel it necessary to finally review).

Divya Sharma Marci Jewelry was the very first store I visited while casually browsing for engagement rings—and little did I know it would also be the last stop in my ring journey!
