They answered all my questions with patience and professionalism; they let me try the ring through the process to make sure it was a perfect fit. Done in less than 30 minutes! I had so much peace of mind getting it done in-house.

David Katsandres T. Anthony Jewelers did an amazing job for us! We worked with Andrea to design an engagement ring and wedding bands, and she was awesome. The emerald in our ring is stunning, and everything turned out just perfect. The attention to detail really made a difference. We also got a custom mens wedding band from them. The first version wasnt quite what we were looking for, but they were able to work with their vendor to have it modified for free, and it turned out perfect! Even though we moved an hour and a half away during the process, they were super accommodating, shipping the rings back and forth without charging us for it. They also took care of the appraisals and helped us navigate insurance. I would highly recommend T. Anthony Jewelers to anyone. They made the whole process stress-free and really fun. Jesse Moore This store has local, unique, and high quality jewelry pieces. I bought a one-of-a-kind necklace here last year that I never take off and they customized it to my desired lengths. It initially came with a very dainty chain that cant survive my chaotic nature, I took it into the shop for repairs a few times and they were always so friendly and willing to repair it. A year later I finally got a heftier chain that has my charm customized to sit in the middle so the closure stays in the back! Every time I bring it in the owner recognizes the charm which feels really special and unique. I love this shop!!

Logan Silverberg First off: special shout out to Sam Altman of the University Village location in Seattle, WA. He took the time to educate me on what to look for in diamonds and settings, explained all the options, and even helped me pick a few different combinations of stone and settings. I loved the fact that I could see each individual diamond online at high magnification and 360 degree view. It really helped me pick the perfect stone. I also loved that I could see how various shapes would look on every single setting available. My only qualm is that FedEx is a terrible courier and delivered my package a week later than scheduled on 2nd Day shipping due to a myriad of problems. I wish Brilliant Earth would use a different courier.

Juls pulido I went to jewelry exchange in Renton where I bought my ring it broke but when I took it back they repaired it in two hours at no cost. very nice people good customer service very understanding and what I liked they put the customers first. Will continue to shop and purchase my diamonds there.
