5 /5 David Katsandres: T. Anthony Jewelers did an amazing job for us! We worked with Andrea to design an engagement ring and wedding bands, and she was awesome. The emerald in our ring is stunning, and everything turned out just perfect. The attention to detail really made a difference. We also got a custom mens wedding band from them. The first version wasnt quite what we were looking for, but they were able to work with their vendor to have it modified for free, and it turned out perfect! Even though we moved an hour and a half away during the process, they were super accommodating, shipping the rings back and forth without charging us for it. They also took care of the appraisals and helped us navigate insurance. I would highly recommend T. Anthony Jewelers to anyone. They made the whole process stress-free and really fun. They made us feel well taken care of, and were super happy with our rings. Big thanks to Andrea and the whole team at T. Anthony Jewelers!

1 /5 Rachel Anderson: Really disappointed with the quality and customer service we received here. We ordered 3 rings: 1 engagement and 2 wedding bands and all three broke or lost multiple diamonds within the first 2 years. 1. Male tungsten wedding band cracked after they recommended we use that material because it’s so ‘strong’ 2. Two diamonds fell out of my wedding band. They replaced it but made the band thicker than I wanted and DID NOT TELL ME. I had to ask. Still really shocked over this experience. They shouldn’t have sold something that was not structurally sound. 3. Engagement ring: the worst of it. My gold band broke in half where the band was fused with the platinum setting that they recommended. They blamed me for breaking it with ‘force’ even though my wedding band was on the same finger and fine and I didn’t do anything ‘forceful’ that day. Really shocked and disappointed how they treated us and had us pay for fixing the wedding bands.

She was willing to work with us to incorporate some custom cut gemstones that took a long time for us to get and able to go from a design to delivery rapidly. Highly recommend.
