We appreciate their amazing job resizing my wedding ring and ordering my husbands ring in time for our wedding. They provide top notch customer service, excellent resolution, are very friendly, kind, resourceful, welcoming, and care about your needs. Q SC (Q) 2-4-23 I know this place from waaaay back. It really was an old creamery, my cousin Ruth Leslie used to take milk and cream here to sell. This is a great shop with lots and lots of antiques and collectibles. I took lots of pictures so you can see for yourself. Need, to take more as I missed the jewelry section. The owner is friendly and helpful. Everyone needs to take a look at this place, especially if you are doing some decorating or need a nice gift for a friend. She also has a small selection of used tools. This lady is in business to sell stuff not collect it, if you see something you really like, feel free to make an offer.

Dave Campbell It was a cold and foggy morning in Walla Walla and I was early, standing outside Falkenbergs in the grubby chill! Instead of staring at the stupid customer who arrived too early, three amiable women waved me in, and while finishing their pre-opening chores, engaged me in conversation, and soon I was working with Shira; I had a ring to be appraised for value and possible purchase and she was of inestimable help; I had to return a week later for a finalization of their purchase, and again, a clerk named Helen was most amiable and worked closely with me to assure satisfaction. I dont understand the disgruntled reviews elsewhere, and would suspect some of these folks brought their attitude with them. Thanks Falkenbergs!
