Lisa Byers I am so appreciative and happy I found this firm. When one of the major insurance companies put me in a last minute bind in September of last year. I gave Haley Insurance Agency a call and showed up at their office within the hour. Hannah LaBadie did an extraordinary job of getting me new auto and renters insurance that day to avoid a lapse in coverage. We spent quite a while together going through my options with the companies they represent. I ended up with lower premiums for the same insurance with a company I know is reputable and outstanding. I was so stressed that day and Hannah just was amazingly kind, knowledgeable and helpful, as was Bradlee Haley who stepped into help as well. In the six months since, I have called or emailed a couple of times with questions and their response is always quick and helpful. I will never work with one of the major insurance companies directly or different agent again! I called this office out of last desperation and got through to a person who helped me find the right way to contact claims. Chris Melton I met Anthony of You Choose Insurance LLC when I started my journey into self employment. Right away, I knew I was where I was supposed to be. Anthony spent well over an hour talking with me about my plans for running and growing my company. All the while absorbing information to help get me the insurance and carrier that was best for my me. General Liability, Inland Marine, Commercial Auto, Personal Auto and bond. Since then weve added boat and travel trailer coverage. He used his relationship with these carriers to get me the best rates possible, and its always on top of renewals. His staff are efficient, and always have my requests for "additional insured" and driver changes completed within an hour. Most often within minutes. Currently, Anthony has been fighting with the carrier for my GL policy and advocating for me following their audit. I wont bore you with the details, but know this... it has been MONTHS and he doesnt have to put in all this effort. He does it because the relationship he has cultivated with me is important to him. All this effort doesnt make him one extra cent more in profit. Here is the deal. You can secure your own insurance online. You dont need an insurance agent. You can do it yourself. I did for many years before starting a company. However, using an agent is a service you purchase. A good agent will listen and recommend the best insurance for you. A great agent will use his connections to get you the best insurance for you and save you money. Anthony will do all that, and put himself in the line of fire from these companies to advocate for you when they are dishonorable and try to milk more money from your company at the end of the year. Insurance companies suck. We all know this. Nobody would disagree. Dealing with Anthony to act as a liason with these companies has simplified my business in ways that I cannot fully describe. I can describe my appreciation for their efforts in a review. Even though my words seem so small for everything this team has done for my company; THANK YOU ANTHONY and the team at You Choose Insurance!!!

Jason Baze We have been working with Brenda from statefarm for over 10 years. When our local office in Poulsbo dispersed their employees and she moved to the silverdale; we requested to move also. Brenda always provides excellent service and she is always available for all our insurance needs/questions and claims requests from auto, boat, home and personal property coverage. Brenda has provided the personal service that we like and does not just push us to do things online. Brenda is the number one reason why we use statefarm!
