William Meehan My wife and I recently had the good fortune to meet Tara Singh of Farmers Insurance. We needed to obtain health coverage from Medicare. The Medicare options are complex and often confusing. Tara was able to clearly define and explain all of these options and which scenario would meet best meet our needs. The response was great: they got right on my claim and did so with friendliness and efficiency. Thanks to Desirae for this! Then this year, Brandon Dudder helped me navigate a problem with my homeowners insurance with friendly patience and useful advice. Thanks to him, all is now well! I cant recommend this office highly enough: although they are on the other side of that State, they seem like they are right next door. When I call they know who I am and return my calls promptly. I am 65 and have worked with many insurance companies over the years. THIS Allstate office is by far the best I have ever worked with! If something goes wrong, it so reassuring that they are committed to helping me work things out. After all, thats what insurance is for! Highly recommended!
