Estevan Camarena Great gym with great owners. Kevin was very welcoming and helped explained the layout. Clean gym, nice modern equipment, and plenty of space. Visiting the area and glad I decided to stop by. Would highly reccomend this place if you’re in need of a good workout with different kinds of equipment.

Eric D New technology, nice people and excellent equipment. Locally owned as well! I love the no nonsense atmosphere and being able to go in, lift weights, whether it’s benching or squats or kettle bells or even Olympics! After i just got over covid it felt amazing to be back in this atmosphere. So many people willing to talk to new people, its a great place to build your exercise community.

So Young Chon Excellent gym and the best PF location I’ve ever been to. The place is exceptionally clean from out on the floor to the spacious shower stalls. The equipment is updated and feels very fancy.

Karen Fynboe Lael Jones has been my personal trainer and fitness coach for many years now. Her training expertise continues to make me stronger, maintaining and increasing my core and muscle strength. Her new training facility is gorgeous. I Just turned 74 and very excited with the addition of classes for Senior Fitness, Core on the Floor, Spin Classes, Balance work and working out with “fitness enthusiasts and like minded people.”

Taylor Dickey I love this gym. Awesome coaches, superb programming, and a wonderful inclusive community. They really tailor the movements to your ability. This gym helped me get into the best shape of my life. I also like theyre flexible with kids/dogs - I think this gives many parents the freedom to work out without having to leave their little ones at home. Highly recommend.

Joe I liked this gym a lot when I spent 6 years in Lakewood. I had the month to month membership and when I was ready to cancel in preparation for my move, I simply signed a cancellation form at the desk. JEANNE is the poster child of what customer service is supposed to be. She always said hello, goodbye, and treated me with great respect.

Mauricio Aspee This place has everything for you to get started or to continue on your journey from your previous gym experience. Its got tractor tires outside for strong man and various other apparatuses. The one thing that really drew me in was the pendulum squat machine and the hack squat machine. That was the clincher. Dimitri is a true professional. There are many squat racks and theres a very good chance they will not be occupied. Its got every free weight interval you can even imagine with plenty of Olympic bars with fresh knurling. The bars are coded so youre using the right one always. So much to do here. Definitely come here if you want a complete professional gym.

U Riley I have been knowing Vanessa and Seth for almost 10 years. They changed my life forever. Not only physically but also mentally. They turned from being my trainers to my gym family. We prepped for several shows together. We went through the highs and lows that comes with competition prep. They always pushed me to become a better version of myself. I can also say, that after I moved to Florida I couldn’t find a gym like the Training Pit. This gym will be my forever gym when I visit the PNW and V and S will be my forever gym family! They will be also my prep coaches for my next show in the future!
