Pavel A We had a fire at our house. 12/8/24 Emily Sperry reached out the next day was really nice right away. Little did we know we were getting screwed right away. The biggest thing is they use these 1.6 star companies from other states like Alacrity to review contents and rental bids and then they just cut the cost by a lot on everything and then Emily Sperry just wires the money what ever they price for her. Of course just like the other reviews they CANCELED US. And there is lots of things we’re figuring out that we don’t have coverage for. We are still struggling here. Everything takes extra long. I am hoping someone from Grange can reach out to us and help us.

Marj Lee Love this agency. After I had the worst agent for a year after moving to Seattle, I asked to be moved to Tonyas office. They always go above and beyond and they are the reason I dont change my insurance carrier for my car and condo.

Greg Elwood John Ramsays staff are the best! whenever I mess up and dont get a card number changed etc etc, they contact me , correct the faux faux and all is well! Very unusual today to have the human contact with the Agent. We have a long standing relationship with Allstate and John and will continue that ! Greg and Sharon

chris wilson I had a question about my new home policy and my previous agent had sold his business so this was my first interaction with my new agent. They conducted a review of our home, auto and umbrella policies and helped me to understand where I could save money on the premiums by adjusting coverages/deductions that still provided ample protection for us. They noticed that we werent receiving a discount on our auto insurance since we had retired and made that adjustment to our policy as well. I feel like I better understand our coverages and we are now paying less than we would have otherwise. It was a quick, thorough and painless process.

Kenzie Wray Cecilia was very helpful helped me find the cheapest insurance which was well over $100 cheaper then I have been able to find myself! Having a kid saving a hundred dollars a month helps a lot so much appreciated to her and her manager. Came to them years ago when I first got a car and again today so Definitely will be staying with them and coming back for years on.
