Kelly I visited this store to buy some jewelry. The designs looked beautiful in the photos, but in real life, the jewelry felt cheap and lacked the refined finishing I was hoping for. The materials didn’t seem durable, and after just a few wears, the piece started to tarnish. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever come back again. Extremely disappointed.

Scott Gardner I’ve met quite a few Authorized Rolex Dealers but Shari Hutchinson is the absolute best (as is Ben Bridge in Seattle)! Shari is very responsive, professional, kind and has a great sense of humor. We end up spending more time than “necessary” because I truly enjoy her company. She will work very hard to get you the timepiece you want. She is an absolute treasure! Also a shout out to BB because their store is beautiful and they have many other outstanding salespeople.

Wendi Chen I’m so pleased with the one-of-a-kind Apache Sage Picture Jasper pendant that I just bought at Jim Chow Jewelry! I had been eying this particular piece for a while, as the unique landscape pattern of the stone really stood out to me. As a visual artist, I can’t help but marvel at the colors and composition of this pendant! Rachel was lovely to talk to and she delightedly explained all the different types of stones in the various pieces. All in all a great experience; I will definitely be back!

The first time we went to look for engagement rings they hung out with us for over an hour as we looked at different styles to figure out what we liked. When my fiance went back to settle on a ring they decided to do custom. His experience blew us away. We have since gone back to figure out our wedding bands and decided to do a custom piece for his wedding ring which turned out perfect!
