They answered all my questions with patience and professionalism; they let me try the ring through the process to make sure it was a perfect fit. Done in less than 30 minutes! I had so much peace of mind getting it done in-house.

Branden Incredibly nice people to work with. My finances engagement ring had prong issues that wouldnt let the stone sit properly. They took care of the issue within a week. We are happy with the customer service, quick turnaround, and quality of their craftsmanship.

Logan Silverberg First off: special shout out to Sam Altman of the University Village location in Seattle, WA. He took the time to educate me on what to look for in diamonds and settings, explained all the options, and even helped me pick a few different combinations of stone and settings. I loved the fact that I could see each individual diamond online at high magnification and 360 degree view. It really helped me pick the perfect stone. I also loved that I could see how various shapes would look on every single setting available. My only qualm is that FedEx is a terrible courier and delivered my package a week later than scheduled on 2nd Day shipping due to a myriad of problems. I wish Brilliant Earth would use a different courier.

Taylor S I absolutely love this store. I was visiting Seattle and made sure to swing by. Thanks to traffic I made it to the shop with 5 min to spare before closing. Miranda stayed open for me. Let me take my time shopping and recommended a lot of pieces and just made my visit so amazing. I have been buying from And Arlen online for 4 years now. Almost all of my jewelry is from this shop (my absolute favorite being the fidget rings and ear cuffs!!!). Chloe Lee-Tjenos Sally is incredibly talented, kind, and thoughtful in her designs. For those who value quality, timeless design, and uniqueness, Fancy is an oasis of inspiration. I cant recommend Sally and her business enough, I have had the honor of working with her on cutsom designs, repairs, resizing, and altering various pieces over the years and I consider her workmanship to be of the highest quality. Sally is the best around!

Hannah Pyun I requested that the jeweler install a Moissanite stone into a custom ring I brought in. It turns out they had to elongate the prongs a bit before putting the stone in so the process was a bit more complicated than I expected, but they did a great job. They exhibited great customer service as well. I highly recommend Swissa Jewelers.

Wendi Chen I’m so pleased with the one-of-a-kind Apache Sage Picture Jasper pendant that I just bought at Jim Chow Jewelry! I had been eying this particular piece for a while, as the unique landscape pattern of the stone really stood out to me. As a visual artist, I can’t help but marvel at the colors and composition of this pendant! Rachel was lovely to talk to and she delightedly explained all the different types of stones in the various pieces. All in all a great experience; I will definitely be back!
