Jeff M Memories Jewelry and Watch Repair was recommended by another jewelry store as they were unable to replace my watch’s battery. I called and found Memories did replace Movado watch batteries. So I headed down and saw how busy the store was. But Roth gave me a dollar and time estimate - and he met it. Great experience, I will return. GP Ford My wife had a stone come out of her wedding ring, same one that had a stone come out in 2020 so today I called FM Jewelers Sumner and asked for the manager. Aisha Reyes came to the phone to listened to my complaint. Then, instead of getting excuses and runaround I was told to bring in the problem jewelry and she would make it right. I met with Aisha Reyes at the Sumner FM Jewelers later that day, about a repair to my wife wedding ring from June 2020 that needed to be repaired again. Aisha looked up my account and found my past purchase history and said that I had already purchased the lifetime jewelry care plan and should have never been charged for the repair in 2020. (I was charged for a repair that I should not have been charged for) She then promptly refunded my money for the repair right then and there. Also, she quickly offered to make the repairs again at no cost to me. I have not ever had such great service before. She listened, she investigated, and then she did what she said she was going to do...and she made it right! I am extremely impressed and I will definitely recommend Aisha Reyes and Fred Meyer Jewelers Sumner to anyone. This is a five star review. If I could give her 10 stars I would! I will buy there again!

Jman Absolute perfection in experience! This was the best service and experience in a retail space Ive had in recent memory! Also the wide variety of things in the store and the knowledge they have around the history of the various items they have is paramount to non! Visiting here at LEAST once a month for trinkets They have Axes, Knives, Gems, Jewelery, Clothes, books, statues, drinking horns, and basically everything you need to honor your heritage or look great at a ren faire

I needed a watch for my sick husband and Nina did a nice job of showing me the watches. Cindy made sure the watch had the correct time and date, making it much easier for me! Everyone there had a welcoming smile and told me Thanks for coming in! A rarity these days. I would highly recommend them for your jewelry needs and excellent customer service!

Lymari Feliu Its been just over a week since i came here to get my eyebrow pierced. I admit i was nervous about getting it done at the mall but the experience was great and quick. I think my piercer was Heather (?) i dont fully remember but she was great. Talked me the through the whole process and gave me a rundown on healing. I dont typically heal well with certain metals and she didnt dismiss that like previous piercers elsewhere. She told me other jewelry options that might help and told me to come back and shed gladly switch them out but the healing has been smooth!
