1 /5 Mary Sphuler: cannot get any help locally with the policy that is contracted locally, they pass you to a company wide phone tree. They recieve a benefit for selling the policy, but cannot answer a question or help! I did call after my negative review, and still not able to help! they sure can be Johnny on the spot to take your money...I cncl. and got a $380 savings for the same coverage.
