1 /5 Hunter George: Went into this bank to not cash out but swap three rolls of quarters they told me they could not do that that I had to put my three rolls of quarters into their change machine which would charge me a fee! After asking to talk to the bank manager because I dont think its right to be taxed on swapping out currency he told me they have the machine and they tax people because other Banks do it too this was one of the most ridiculous customer service interactions Ive ever had I will be withdrawing and closing out my accounts with this financial institution and I recommend anyone else also do the same they are absolutely screwing you over on purpose
3 /5 Viper: Slowest staff. Your lucky if more then three tellers are working. This location specifically is a massive reason why Im looking forward to switching to gesa. Constant issues. Hell even logging into the mobile app doesnt always work. Or when you have money in your checking and savings and the overdraft/transfer protection doesnt work as intended. Caused me to have my first late payment in over 5 years. Then have the odasity to charge me a fee for there error. Thanks for refunding me for your mistakes.

1 /5 Courtney Prince: Hapo has a very hard time owning up to their mistakes and are very rude to their customers. Every time i go into the bank the ladies are rude and treat me with disrespect. I have had to speak with a branch manager each time to get the simplest mistakes fixed on hapos part. I work with upset customers all the time and even through medical billing i would never treat a customer the way hapo treats me.

a I love coming to this branch I always have such a good experience with one of the tellers. Her name is hard to pronounce but shes young and has dark hair. I was with columbia bank and with the merge nothing has changed, everything is still the same and the all the staff is very friendly
Jacqualyn Gronemyer The people at this branch are awesome! I have my car loans through them and whenever I have questions or concerns they get me in fast and are extremely helpful. Ive had multiple gals help me and all of them are really kind, treat me like a real person and so helpful to my needs. The feel when you walk in is a great one too.

no e Came in to open an account with Gesa for the first time, reasonable and quick wait time for the number of people that were there, Edgar was very helpful and nice throughout the entire process and sent me off with a brand new account. I was probably in the building for no more than 30 minutes thanks to him.
