Genesis Middlebos I absolutely cannot praise my experience with Austins enough. From the moment my fiance and I walked through the door we were treated like family and Sue was the most patient, kind guide as we took the time to really ponder and design our dream ring. The price was more affordable than main stream department stores for a custom piece of significantly higher quality. My soon to be husband and I will not be shopping anywhere else for our jewelry needs for as long as we live in Spokane. Stop in, you wont regret it.

Samantha Blackmon The staff at Johnson’s was wonderful from start to finish. I came in with a class ring from my mother in law that we wanted to customize for our daughter (emerald is her birthstone). The original ring had the emerald and we added a baguette diamond. It is striking and one of a kind.

The seed bead selection is the best and best priced I’ve found. I make jewelry and buy lots of beads. The quality here is great - thanks!

We gave her an idea of a design for the engagement ring and she sourced a handful of yellow sapphires from friends and colleagues. We picked the stone, and in a few short weeks we had our rings. She gets tons of compliments on the ring. Fair pricing, with a smooth and professional process that is also not weird or pressured. Their space is also really nice and clean - feels fancy yet approachable.

Then when I had taner as my piercer, he explained the whole process and care, answered all my questions and reminded me of my breathing. He made the process super easy! Ashlee Santiago Wow! 1. Awesomely rad store. 2. Quality of product 3. Quality of staff - "The Mirandas" 10/10. We went to the mall for 1 high-school dance dress, ended up @earthbound after a lot of fails, bought 2 dresses that my child LOVES, and accessories for $108 total. It was a steal, and I want everything. I was just mingling with the staff and they did their jobs like they were our besties. Best advice and helping us get the whole "look" together and knowledgable about everything... to inclue sizes and whats in stock. Thank you ladies!
