5 /5 Nicole Kalista: Falon was amazing. I had been searching for a wedding bad with no luck. I had a design in mind but couldn’t find anyone that made anything close. I reached out to Falon with a design request and she was excited to work on something new. She explained the process in detail. She made sure to understand what I wanted and brought up different ring options and asked questions I hadn’t even thought about. She was also able to get them done in time for our ceremony, as we were cutting it close. My husband and I are in love with our wedding bands and I would absolutely work with her again.

5 /5 Megan Kroh: I had busted off a prong on my wedding ring and didn’t fancy the idea of losing my diamond- so I brought her in to be examined. Falon was so helpful- she noted that the other tips were pretty worn down (I’ve had it 16 yrs so I wasn’t surprised). She offered options between re-tipping and replacing the head (part that holds the diamond) entirely- she even took the time to bid the work for all 3 options (re-tipping or 2 different style options for the new head/prongs). We discussed pros and cons and once I made my decision she got to work. -I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable pricing was (I had always expected it to be more since she’s a custom jeweler). -Making appointments was super easy! Plus, it feels kind of fancy when you’re the only customer in the store. -Falon is an artist! She obviously loves what she does and she cares just as much for a maintenance item as she does a new creation. -And can I just mention she has a little play area for kids?! Love it

Originally, I came in to get a custom necklace made for my wedding using materials from a family heirloom ring. She knocked it out of the park with the necklace and ultimately we hired Falon to make my husbands wedding band my wedding set. I couldnt be happier with the end result.
