Amy Mulhern I came in to upgrade my bridal set and Kylie was so patient with me as I browsed and changed my mind a few times, she ended up perfecting matching up a set for me that I feel in love with! I could not be happier with my new rings and I never felt rushed or like I was being an annoyance taking too long. Kylie is the sweetest and has a wonderful eye for styling jewelry to match no only other jewelry pieces but to the individual who is wearing it!

Miriam Alexander Ashley was a tremedous help with customizing my ring. Great communication and ring done in a timely manner. I recommend this place for all your jewelry needs.

Katy Garza Yoshi and Mike are amazing! Both of these gentlemen helped me with my husbands wedding band. Yoshi helped with the initial purchase and answered my many questions. When the ring didnt come in looking like it should, Mike helped make sure to send it off to get it fixed. Everyone in this store is great, and my experience with Kay is always phenomenal.

Tea Marie All of the staff were amazing! Mj was super helpful with picking the jewelry and overall has such an awesome vibe! Then when I had taner as my piercer, he explained the whole process and care, answered all my questions and reminded me of my breathing. He made the process super easy! Im thankful to have such amazing staff help me today!!

Kyle Cummings Came in looking for switch joysticks for my friends birthday, and I saw on their website that the joysticks were $34.99, but when I entered the store they were labeled as $54.99. Aaron noticed a price tag error on another set and decided to help me out and price the controllers at the online inventory price. He was very polite and immediately acknowledged the error on the price tag. Best service Ive had yet in this store!

Genesis Middlebos I absolutely cannot praise my experience with Austins enough. From the moment my fiance and I walked through the door we were treated like family and Sue was the most patient, kind guide as we took the time to really ponder and design our dream ring. The price was more affordable than main stream department stores for a custom piece of significantly higher quality. My soon to be husband and I will not be shopping anywhere else for our jewelry needs for as long as we live in Spokane. Stop in, you wont regret it.

Morgan Flowers I would give Mike and the team 10/10 if I could. I originally reached out exploring ideas for a custom wedding band. Life got busy, and the team was so amazing and reached back out a few months later. Again, we explored other designers in town. Ultimately we chose to go with Mike and Teneff. Mike took the time to meet with us individually to explore design ideas- and even let me change my whole idea! He was professional, and incredibly kind and knowledgeable.
