Gary Turner Insurance - Auburn (WA)

3 /5 Robert & Lisa Covin: Gary was our insurance agent for 8 years. He is a nice guy and we liked him. However, when it came time to renew our policy today Gary dropped the ball and made us wait until today we needed coverage with L & I. I had been speaking with him 2 weeks before hand to be sure we could get coverage. He was pretty sure he could get us coverage (due to 2 fraudulent claims he said it might not be as easy but was pretty sure he could help us.) I kept getting the run around over the last 2 weeks so I reached out on my own to get coverage for our business. Its unfortunate that I had to give my business to someone else but I could not wait any longer. L & I doesnt play around and we were running the risk of our license being suspended without insurance. I only wish that Gary would have been more on the ball for us and not have us wait until the 11th hour to pull something through. But overall the last 8 years were pretty solid its too bad our business relationship had to end this way.

She went above and beyond what I had expected from an insurance agent - she went through my current insurance policy and through my HOAs insurance policy several times to make sure I was getting the correct coverage. She even discovered that I had previously been over insured. I would work with JoAn again in a heart beat.
