5 /5 Shyleah Fritts: I stopped by after doing my shopping to see if some of my grandmas jewelry was real. After making it very clear to take his opinion with a grain of salt as he wasnt an appraiser, Sean gave me the absolute best customer service! Even though he wasnt getting a sale from me, he made a point to treat me the same as any other customer, which hasnt always been my experience at other jewelry stores. Thank you Sean, all my future jewelry purchases will be from you!

2 /5 Monse Gonzalez: Service before everything got shut down was great but just went back since my ring hadn’t been cleaned in three months and they seemed like they didn’t want to clean my ring that I purchased there . They told me I needed to have my insurance paperwork I got when I purchased it . I’ve had the ring for over a year and this was the first time I’d EVER got asked for it. Y’all really need consistency and if you really do need the paperwork ask every time. You barely cleaned the ring too , before quarantine I would take it to get cleaned you asked no questions and took your time with it and said you’d have it ready once I was done with my grocery shopping. Since I didn’t have the paperwork. made me feel like you guys didn’t believe I bought the ring there.

5 /5 Keturah Iwaasa: They have great customer service and my husband bought me the most beautiful engagement ring here. We had agreed to go for something cheaper until we had more money, but he surprised me with a really nice, good quality one instead. I got it somewhat dirty when I was dying some lace and didnt realize how much paint I had got on it until I took it in to get cleaned for free and in just a few minutes they gave it back looking incredibly sparkly and new. Its also really convenient to drop off the ring, do some grocery shopping and then pick it up. Were on a system where we take the ring in twice a year and they will replace any wear thats happened. Even if I lose a diamond, they will replace it at no charge which is really nice. And the people who work here are super nice, helpful, and not pushy.

5 /5 Kimberly Cardona: My fiancé and I came looking for a wedding band while being on vacation from California. We were well taken care of by Tanner Martin at the jewelry store. He was very attentive and gave us excellent customer service.
