Lynn Hooper American National Insurance is an amazing company. Michael Hutton is a highly knowledgeable and friendly person who is willing to take the time to insure his customers are getting the coverage they need and fully understanding the coverage provided. I have been with the company for five years and have always had a wonderful experience. I love the people and the atmosphere here. I highly recommend this company to anybody looking for great and affordable insurance.

Chey Frye This agency is fantastic! I had a question about my mom’s claim and the agent called me on a Saturday!!! They have always taken great care of us. If you’re looking to support a local agency, this one is it. Farmer’s can be expensive, but their coverage is truly worth it. And the customer service you get from a local office is so much better! It took forever to find out what to do and after that they never get back to me on anything. I called Dan and got immediate advice and help. It made me wish I could have just worked with him the whole time. Too late for my shed…But we are switching over soon anyway, based on the service, knowledge and assistance.

tomatosword After 8 years, thousands of dollars, and not a single claim ever. My car was broken into and a window smashed, I thought to myself "hey my insurance has a glass claim section". I was promptly advised not to make a claim under the threat of raising my monthly bill (theyve already raised it 3 times in 3 years). Do yourself a favor get cheap insurance somewhere else because paying more for better coverage just means theyll threaten to raise it if you ever need it. Even for something as small as 1 window.

Randy and Nick were able to Listen and Understand my very specific insurance policy needs and respond within less than half a day with policies ready to go. Nick put in extra effort to get the policies just right. This after I wasted 2 weeks working with a competing local company with multiple revisions and little progress before I finally gave up. The competing company sold me on a policy I did not need and caused unnecessary delays. Nick at Walker Insurance was amazing. Super responsive. Wasted no time. Easy to communicate with. Amber Steen Shelby was 10/10! She was so helpful in figuring out my policy and helping me Every step of the way. I’ve always had a family friend do my insurance for me so I’ve never 100% understood everything that goes on with what you need and how much coverage you need but Shelby explained everything so well! I needed an sr22 and from start to finish she explained things and helped me every step of the way, she made it so easy for me. I was so anxious and nervous to call to figure everything out and she made me feel so at ease with the process! I can’t say for everyone that works here cause I just talked to Shelby but if they’re anything like Shelby you won’t be disappointed!
