I was promptly advised not to make a claim under the threat of raising my monthly bill (theyve already raised it 3 times in 3 years). Do yourself a favor get cheap insurance somewhere else because paying more for better coverage just means theyll threaten to raise it if you ever need it. Even for something as small as 1 window.

Amber Steen Shelby was 10/10! She was so helpful in figuring out my policy and helping me Every step of the way. I’ve always had a family friend do my insurance for me so I’ve never 100% understood everything that goes on with what you need and how much coverage you need but Shelby explained everything so well! I needed an sr22 and from start to finish she explained things and helped me every step of the way, she made it so easy for me. I was so anxious and nervous to call to figure everything out and she made me feel so at ease with the process!
