Jake Hoffman Had the misfortune of communicating with Joley. What appeared as an introduction to acquiring insurance, became a coarse and rude exposure to WaFd Insurance. I had to stop by the branch several weeks after requesting the quote, as no update was made. When I stopped by to check on the status, I was asked why am I stopping by if I have had insurance yet. I informed that in order to acquire my contractors license, I need a bond and insurance. Then a couple weeks later I got a call, and was told I had one option, with a crucial criteria, when I didnt understand it, and asked an explanation, Joley raised his voice and accused me of being unclear and concealing information. Perhaps thats how they treat their customers. Best Regards..

Brian Hill Ive Always have a great experience being helped by Insurance Specialist Agency in Marysville. Over the last few years Ive been help by Matt. Hes always been great at explaining things and helping keep our insurance coverage up to date. Today Matt was a tremendous help at getting our Auto policy figured out to add our teen driver to our policy and adjustments to have the coverage we needed at a cost we were comfortable with. I had lots of questions and asked for a lot of examples of cost vs coverage options. It was a long phone call but he did not hesitate to get me all the answers and examples I needed to make my decision. Thanks again
