Jared Graveline Robin was very nice, asked good questions about what I was looking for. She pulled out so many options for me to look at, take pictures to get my wifes thoughts. Took some time but we found the necklace for my daughters 21st B Day. As always Helzberg is the place I get my diamonds from.

Stacy Harrell Rick is the best. Ive bought several of his original pieces and take stuff up to repair. He doesnt do watch band replacement but said if I found one, hed put in on for me. He measured and told me the size and I ordered one from Amazon. Went up and he popped it on for me. Didnt wanna charge me. I insisted he get a cup of coffee at least...on me. Great guy and old school craftsman. Thanks buddy. Mickeys happy with his new band.

Rebecca Lai I got two lobes and an eyebrow piercing! Oh my god, it was such an easy-going, fun, and such a wonderful experience! Abra was sooo nice and Lucas, who helped us up front, was so knowledgeable and friendly. As someone whose only piercing experience was the classic Claires nail guns at the age of 14, I cannot gush enough how much I loved getting my first piercings here. Definitely gonna be visiting over and over again. :)

Said Rashahid Came here with my mom to get her ring fixed. Everywhere else was talking about charging her $30–$150 and a weeklong wait time. They did it in about 30 seconds, for free! We will absolutely be coming back to them in the future for our jewelry purchases.

Tom Tran My girlfriend and I came into Kay’s hesitant and unclear of what we wanted for a promise ring. Joselyn came right up to us and helped us straight away! She was attentive but not too overbearing, she listened to our numerous requests and question with patience. Most of all, she had found us the most gorgeous and fitting ring for what we wanted. Sydney Hunter i went in today with two of my friends and the workers were so so sweet!! showed me all their best jewelry and promoted their biggest sales!! We were in there for about 45 minutes today and the employees were so sweet piercing my friends ears and helping us find the right jewelry for ourselves!
