They did not hesitate to answer any questions I had about terminology, or what kind of plans I can choose from. Randi helped a ton in figuring out the best coverage for my car that I can afford. 5 /5 Lisa Reinsma: The fabulous folks at C. Don Filer insurance agency in Arlington, have made dealing with insurance policies and claims so much easier! When my son got in his first accident, they were there to help guide me through the challenge. When my older kids wanted to start Adulting and get policies on their own, my good friend Randi was there to help, making the process smooth and seamless. It is wonderful to have that Small-town" feeling when you visit your insurance office. I really appreciate this fantastic insurance company, and the great people they employ.

5 /5 Justice Lively: I was in a really bad spot, already being broke and then suddenly being told that, with the military insurance I had, I was going to have to pay a monthly balance of almost $800 for low teir insurance. A friend of mine who also happened to know Randi directed me her way, and honestly, she is a lifesaver. Not only am I paying half of that price, but both my spouse and Is vehicles are covered two tiers higher. Anytime I have had questions or just had trouble understanding details of my insurance, Randi has been more than patient, and incredibly reliable. I cant see myself using any other agency, and I always have, and always will, recommend this agency to anybody I meet that faces similar trouble. Thank you guys for all that youve done!

1 /5 SW: We have been with Redmond general insurance for many years now Im not sure what happened But they have now lost our business. We are a small construction business, no claims 20 years theres and Redmond general insurance and Liberty Mutual increased our policy to $2600 a month.. I tried asking them why, I tried to get a different quotes from my insurance gal, I tried many things with no response. Our insurance gal did not file our yearly audits which costs me even more. I actually had to call the auditing company and have him credit our account because she did not do her job. Her incompetence and lack of experience nearly cost our company business. I was told there was nothing she could do because in Washington they classified all construction companies in the same category which is now at a higher rate. In some companies it may be that way we are a 3 employee, very efficient small company with excellent ratings all the way around. For us it was a complete lie ! Our new insurance company, we pay 895 a month same coverage and they are fantastic ,they communicate well, on the ball and I love it. I usually dont post things but this was so unfair and unjust and in fact quietly our new insurance company indicated they were grossly out of line and almost criminal.. Im sure Im not the only one having to deal with insurance issues so I guess my advice would be to shop around, be proactive and dont be afraid to move companies. I wish I wouldnt have trusted them in the beginning it would have saved me about $25,000. On my defense I assumed they knew what they were talking about. How wrong I was.!
