3 /5 Teresa Holm: Had a tree fall on both my cars and carport on the January storm. Called my agency and my agent . I was told by Safeco I had car rental, when I told my agent she said I didnt have coverage. She made me talk to a specialist and he also told me I didnt have coverage. I had to rent my neighbors truck out of my own pocket. I called back later to change my policy and another agent told me I had coverage. When I complained to my agent she didnt care.

1 /5 Hamza Albadan: Don’t go with this company the didn’t know what the are doing . The are so bad peoples and not good I been with them over 4 years I have one claim and stop answering there phone and email. And the will find you sheep insurance but not covering anything!!!!!!!!!
