Katie Buehler Min and the rest of her staff are AMAZING which is completely an understatement for the beautiful work and effort they put in for all their customers! I’ve been a customer long term and they always remember what I say the previous visits! Doesn’t matter if it’s been a while or just 3 weeks prior. My pedicure always lasts longer than a month at most when it comes to the color! I did a gel manicure today and decided to venture out to get powder done! I love how it turned out! They even stayed 30 minutes past closing to accommodate me! I feel so appreciative and lucky to have such an outrageously kind and hard working, phenomenal nail salon to go to! They truly care and listen to what you need despite of changing your mind mid way! Go see them! They are all so GREAT! Thank you, Min and to the rest of your team!

Seage H Moss Nice place but got a mani pedi there with my partner yesterday. Both my mani and pedi are lumpy, and chipping off by this morning.

Ro3 Really peaceful atmosphere. Comfy massage chairs. The lady did a very good job. Very detail oriented and polite. The prices are affordable and there is plenty of parking (free or cheap) around the corner. *Pictures on google maps are old, they remodeled and the place is very big now and comfortable now*

Brooke Agather Wonderful service, I had two broken toe nails and Mai went above and beyond to repair them and then provide a pedicure as if they never broke. Love that they can do gel, dip, normal powder and lots of color selection.

Savannah Smith I always have a great experience at Pink Polish! Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very aesthetic + relaxing. That including the complimentary drink make you feel pampered I’ve been booking with Lynna ever since my first visit! She is very talented and always make sure I am satisfied throughout the process. I’ve tried a couple different salons before landing on Pink Polish because Ballard isn’t the closest for me but they are unmatched so it’s worth the drive. Look how cute my most recent hybrid nails are!

Dianne Won I have been going to Pink Polish, every month, for almost 3 years now! I regularly get hybrid gel manicures but have also gotten dip and shellac manicures, and pedicures - 10/10 service and experience every time, from every tech! At this point, all of my friends know I go to “Megan at Pink Polish” and I’ll happily refer anyone here, for any service!! The entire team is friendly, helpful, and kind. Thank you for keeping my nails looking perfect over the years - see you next week! :)

Princess Bredy Got told to go here by a friend and it was possibly the best decision I have ever made. In Seattle, it’s a struggle to find a salon that gives you quality work, takes their time, treats their clients well, and has great prices! This salon hits each mark for me! Since I’ve been going here I have been extremely impressed and most recently with my Christmas set done by Megan, I think I have genuinely fallen in love with going here. I always look forward to my little pampering session and seeing how amazing my hands look after leaving! Thanks so much you guys

Lauren Orvis I love Pink Polish. I have coming here for years. Wonderful friendly technicians, comfortable pedicure chairs, very clean baths and tools. The nail art, they always take my idea and make it a little bit better. Dip and gel matching colors from the same company for mani/pedi combos.

Ritchell Benjamin My recent experience at Pink polish has made me consider this as my go-to Seattle nail salon! Yee absolutely slayed my nails after a quick 25 minute manicure with her. Ive never had someone with so much precision do my nails like that before. I normally just get my nails cleaned up (cuticle removed, trim, shape) with a light polish and she did everything so perfectly Im definitely coming back to her again. 1000/10!

aniya I live in New York but always come visit Seattle because of family, whenever I do I have a hard time finding a place to get my nails done. I booked with Tyler and he did SUCH an amazing job on my nails that he’ll be my go to whenever I’m in town. The shop was so nice and clean, and the owner was super accommodating to me. I actually ended up coming in an hour early and was seated getting my services done within 5 minutes. The pricing is accurate as well (check varago).

Thita Im disappointed with the nail salon I chose for my engagement. The quality of their service was poor, as shown in this picture taken just one day after my appointment. When I asked for a redo, they told me to come in on the day of my engagement, leaving me with no time for corrections. After that, they stopped responding to my messages. I believe customers deserve better treatment, especially when paying in full. I advise others to be cautious about choosing this salon!!

Nava Nega I got gel x extension nails here and i love this place. My nails look so good and the ladies working here are the sweetest and made nice conversation with me. Beautifully decorated space with chill vibes! My dad also got a pedicure here and was so relaxed after the thoughtful massage. Great prices. check this place out!

Carolina Souza Never in my life I experienced such a terrible service. I picked the same color for my hands and toes (bright red), but instead a got sparkling purple on me toes (?). Also, I made the terrible mistake of choosing gel nail polish for my hands and all the borders of my nails are colorless, they pretty much painted the center of my nail and left the rest empty. I tried to make conversation and explain but they couldn’t understand me and rushed me to leave as soon as the work was “done”. I was so frustrated and mad, that I just left without causing a scene, but frankly… I don’t know how they charge for this. And now I need to find a special product to get rid of this obnoxious work

A. Austin Ive been coming to these ladies as long as theyve been here. They had a change in ownership but the techs are the same. & They are the best. From care to nail service, I’ll always come back. Im pretty picky when it comes to my toes, be it the shape, ingrown nails, or color, & they never stress about it and work until im satisfied. Mai & Hans are my go to gals but I havent been disappointed yet.

shawna cham Wow! I haven’t been back since June (cracked toe, had to wait for it to grow out) and they’re under new ownership and they’ve upgraded a lot of their equipment and what a difference! Came at 5:15 on a Thursday and it was quiet, which I love cos this is my time to relax. They had great customer service before but wow the service is even better than before. My dogs were barkin so they requested the deluxe pedicure LMAO and it was only $20 more and I’m actually still in the middle of my service haha and wanted to leave a review before I forget. That’s how good of a time I’m having. Ask for Vy (vee) amazing amazing massage.

Talat Momenzadeh This is my favorite nail salon! I have been going to Nina Nails for years and love to support this family owned business! Ha does my nails regularly and she is fantastic! I love her attention to detail, her straightforward communication and sense of humor. I asked for chrome flames with an iridescent base! She made my nail dreams come true!

Bryanna Pajotte The customer service was good, everyone was kind but unfortunately the actual product was bad and I feel like there was not much attention to detail. $130 down the drain.

Harmony Chartier Great spot but seem to only offer a super thick acrylic nail style. Recommend regular gel manicures and pedicures, but not acrylics. The staff are really nice, salon is clean, and online booking is so convenient. I really wanted to like this salon, but after several acrylic fills, their style is clearly a really thick nail. I asked for less bulbous style the second time I went, but was told it’s not possible. I just tried a new place and they were able to achieve a less thick profile.

Theresa Manney Ive been choosing to go to Ninas for the last few years. The staff has always been kind and friendly and Ive always loved how they do my nails. Im simple and tend to get dip or gel, they always do a great job cleaning up my nails and finish them in a way that makes them last a long time. At my most recent visit, I made a mistake and put my appointment in my phone wrong by a day. Luckily they werent too busy and were able to see me as a walk in client

Miranda Hayes Great experience! Will definitely return. Disregard the rain drops in my photos. Technician took great care in providing me with a relaxing experience, beautiful color, and incredibly reasonable price! Highly recommend this spot, after trying many different nail salons all over Seattle.

Savita Bowman I honestly wish I could’ve given this place a good rating, but unfortunately the customer service and quality was just not good. I came in without an appointment looking for mani pedis with a friend. We understood we didn’t have appointments and asked what they would be able to accommodate and even said we would come back another time/day if they couldn’t do it. They said they’d get started on our toes but could do our nails after. As we were going through nail colors for my mani, they suggested gel x extensions so the nail color I wanted would look better and I said sure, I don’t mind the extra cost for the look I wanted. Pretty soon it started filling up with customers who did have appointments and nail tech was done with my pedicure (which I didn’t feel were the best quality) and was now prepping my hands for the mani (filing nails, cuticle prep, etc). She goes to begin applying a base coat when I stopped her and asked - I thought I was getting gel x extensions as you guys recommended? She looked irritated and said if I wanted gel x I’d have to wait for another lady who does them and that lady has two other acrylic appointments ahead of me. I asked my nail lady how long I’d have to wait and she wasn’t answering the question. Finally someone else came and said the wait would probably be much more than an hour. I was confused and stated that she’s already prepped my hands. Pressed and on the spot I ended up just going with the same jelly nail color but with a regular gel manicure without the extensions. In an effort to get them to look a little better I asked for another coat before she applied the top coat and at first said no and looked annoyed but finally did it after I asked again. I walked out of there trying to convince myself that it was fine but I just wasn’t happy with it. The next day I called back and asked if they would be able to fix it. The lady gave me an attitude and said they would do a gel x manicure at the full price without any discount. I almost told myself it’s fine, I don’t do this often so it’s ok to spend the money if it means I’m happy with it. In the end I decided against it because I didn’t want to spend more money on a place that was giving me so much attitude. For reference on price, my gel mani pedi came out to $100 and I left a $15 tip. Images of what I asked for and what I got attached.

Mariah Valles I came here looking for a place that wouldn’t judge me for having super short, thin and bitten nails! I got just that which is why I keep going back! Lan is FANTASTIC and I’ll never go to anyone else. I went for the first time ahead of a trip where I ended up getting engaged! So many people complimented my “perfect” nails! Prices are fair and I love the vibe.

They truly excel in paying attention to every detail.

Liz Yeh Ive come here multiple times now and have never been disappointed. Ive gotten shellac mani and pedi. The nail techs are quick but still pay good attention to detail and exfoliate well without hurting (other salons often nick and cause bleeding). This is going to be my regular salon!

Alec Henry nice neighborhood nail salon. place is good but not great at $76 for a mani pedi. Asked why there were gaps on my nail polish finish and I was told that is normal but i shouldnt see gaps so I had them redo it. was left at the dryer for over 10 minutes! Would return if I was desperate but I think I will explore other nearby options.

Jessica Hiatt I love this place and I wish I came here more often! Every time I go it is a same day appointment and I have never had any issues with waiting long periods or poor service. I generally come here for waxing appointments and always have had a wonderful experience. The times I have gotten a pedi, I am always pleased with fresh looking toes! Highly recommend!

Chelsea Williams Ive been a frequent customer of Apollo Nails & Spa for two years. I appreciate their efficiency, their focus on natural nails and nail health, the cleanliness of the store, and their flexibility for walk-ins/same day appointments. The technicians are friendly as well. Some can do basic nail art like hearts, flowers, simple line designs. At times, I do feel rushed because they fit in a lot of people in during the working hours. This is reflected in frequent late start times and missed polish spots. I recently came in and required 3D gel removal on four nails. My technician was less than enthusiastic and made it known that it was going to be really challenging because she did not have the right tools. All understandable! However, it was hard for me to keep hearing how difficult it was. It came to a point where I wanted to remove the gel myself. I was charged over $25 dollars for the removal (the menu says $5). I asked about this difference and they said because it took so long they needed to charge accordingly. I get this as well, but my technician had her lunch during this timeframe which of course added to the overall wait. I was also encouraged to cut my nails so the appointment would be faster. All in all, Ive enjoyed my experiences at Apollo Nails. They do a good job, but after my recent experience I am a bit hesitant to keep Apollo as my regular spot.

Andrea García C. I love this place! A few months ago was my first time doing my nails here in the US, so I was a little nervous, but the nail technician I got was super friendly and even gave me some advice on which color would suit me best for my shellac manicure. I left super satisfied since she made such a wonderful job! For my second time I scheduled again but with a different person, and I have to say I didnt like her work as much as I did the first ones, so for my next appointment I emailed the staff to ask who was the technician I got for my first appointment and super helpful they went through my appointment history and told me I got Hailey. Needles to say, my last appointments Ive been scheduling them exclusively with her! She always takes such a good care of my nails, and her work is impeccable, Ill always be going back with her!

Md Bj This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will never be going back. Nor will I be recommending this place of business to anyone! Over the past year, I have spent $100s on spa pedicures. It’s a guilty pleasure - but also as a diabetic - taking care of my feet is important. Each time I have had polish and it lasts for sometimes as long as 4 weeks. I’ve been so happy. However four days ago, I opted for a mani / pedi combo and had clear polish on my nails. The polish is literally peeling off my nails and when I called them to complain, they gave me an email address to send photos. Email bounced back. So I called to make sure that I had the right email and the receptionist said “Since you called, I talked with my manager about your situation and there is nothing we can do because it’s been so long.” They hadnt seen the photos and continued to suggest that I wasn’t telling the truth because even the receptionist gets polish on his nails “and it lasts for weeks.” When I agreed that I had the same experience with my toes and that there must have been something bad with this polish, he basically said there was nothing wrong with their product and I didnt have to come back to them if I didnt want. For the last three appointments I’ve brought friends who also spent a lot of money. But no more! Don’t go if you expect the company to stand behind their work!!

Steve Midas This is the local neighborhood nail salon. People walk in or drive from away to come for the quality & service that this location has to offer. The facility is clean. They used a sealed bag with clean tools to do my manicure. Im here for my lady, but I wanted to see if they had the same expertise with men. And I am pleased to say they were perfect. The restrooms are very clean as well as the lounge area. They offer Keurig coffee while you wait. This is the place to go to tune-up yo nails. Midas 5-stars for cleanliness & quality of service.

Stylists are amazing and always have time for me. They remember what I like and pamper me the manicures and pedicures are amazing, the gels are helping my nails grow longer and strong. I highly recommend getting the refresh mani pedi.

I will definitely go back after my trip !

Natasha Ninan I booked a gel/shellac manicure with Jenny. I wanted a Christmas themed nail set with french tips. Jenny did a fabulous job in shaping my nails and doing nail art. I showed her reference images and she was able to replicate it perfectly. She also helped me pick the right shades for my skin tone. I was very happy with how my nails turned out, however, I wouldnt count this as a manicure. My hands and fingers werent cleaned - she went straight into shaping my nails, so I didnt enjoy the overall experience that I paid for. 4 stars only because of that. As a woman who suffers from bed marks, I can definitely say that my nail polish hasnt budged and there are no lines or marks on it even after a week. However, the glossiness has significantly reduced. Service: Gel/shellac manicure Cost: $40 + $5 per nail for design = $60 in my case Tip : Carry cash as they prefer cash for tips

Morgan C I asked for a full set and pedicure to start, she ended up cutting me 3 times while doing my manicure without giving me any type of discount, still charging me $70. then told me I would have to wait another 30 minutes after my manicure was done to start my pedicure. I kept saying I wanted a more tan base like the picture and she kept insisting to do the color she wanted. The pink is what I asked for and the brown is what I got. The bathroom was also kind of dirty.

J T I waited a week and hesitated to leave this review but I’m tired of getting sub par manicures at salons. I came in last Tuesday for a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. We were moving across the country and I had been looking forward to this for weeks. One pet peeve here and similar salons is that they always do hands and feet at the same time. It’s stressful and never relaxing. You constantly have to move hands and feet where they want them since it’s both at once. Pedicures never have adequate time to dry this way either. The whole thing felt rushed and my gel manicure looked like it had over a week of grow out when I photographed it on Saturday, less than 4 full days later. My pedicure wasn’t dry enough (they don’t use pedicure dryers) and got messed up before I even made it home. The gel colors here are in white bottles and unorganized, so it takes forever to find what you want. You have to open each bottle. They’re very nice but I’m tired of spending $100 for rushed and stressful experiences. I would love a refund for this mani/pedi. Unfortunately there’s no way to contact them except phone or reviews.

Mika A I came in on Sunday afternoon and the place was packed, but the owner squeezed me in within 20 minutes., offering me Vietnamese coffee while I waited. I had a really positive experience and great deluxe pedicure. The vibe is great. I was surrounded by regular repeat faithful customer that really to love the place. It was nice to see men and women enjoying themselves, truly a diverse crowd. Great prices.

Ciera Watts I didnt want to review the quality of the service because the staff seemed friendly enough but staff aside, the quaity of their Gel Manicure is the worst Ive ever had. The gel ($90+ service not including my pedi or tip) has completely LIFTED from one of my nails (meaning it is seperated from the fake nail). This means the tech did not properly apply or prep my nails. Ive never had this happen before and Ive been getting gel nails for over 24 years. I felt uncertain about getting them done because I asked if they could do the shape of my current nails as a fill in (They said no because they didnt have time due to high volume of customers waiting. Mind you I made an appointment and they accepted it over the phone, not sure why they should impact my service if they are overbooked) but I said fine. Then I asked for acrylic (they had already removed the gel from my previous service) and they told me they could only give me gel because it was "previously gel" which Ive never heard before, especially considering that they already removed the gel from my nails. But I said fine as I was in Seattle for a concert and really didnt have time to book another appointment elsewhere. I had the nail tech complete 3 repairs (meaning she took everything off the 3 nails, this includes the thumb in the photo that lifted) and to leave the shape of the rest untouched since they couldnt make them like the rest of my nails. She started on my right hand and began to shape the nails I requested to be untouched. I stopped her from doing this on my left hand when I noticed. Not even my nails that I had them do a fill in on in SEPTEMBER has lifted. The nail set laid by the Seattle tech just a week ago is lifting. I dont understand. I still tipped for the service and truly wasnt going to leave this review but a couple days ago I noticed smudges under my nails to find out that it is becuase its completley seperate from the gel on top. Again, this is a first, I am from Chicago and never had my nails seperate. So I have to speak up. I would have rather been turned down for the service if it couldnt be completed properly. I dont live in Seattle so I cant even get a refund or get them fixed. Oh well. But yes, this be a great salon for natural nails, but not for medium-long acrylics/gel application.

Katherine Pope As soon as the person sat down to do my pedicure I knew they were not very skilled. They didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The person even broke one of my nails! The other staff kept glancing over at them while they worked on several clients which let me know this person was not skilled. The owner did my manicure and she was a bit more skilled but just put globs of hard gel on my nails. Overall overpriced and not skilled at all. Save your money.

Christina Babcock At Marigold you can tell that Ivy is a master of her craft, and that she truly cares about people. She understands my nail needs and always has the best recommendations. I have been going to Marigold since it opened and have only experienced high quality manicures and pedicures there. When I moved away from SLU, I tried other nail places to save on drive time, but quickly returned to Marigold. Ivy has very high standards for the nail technicians she hires at Marigold. I know that no matter who does my nails, I will always end up with great results! The employees at Marigold are up to date on the latest trends, can replicate any nail art requests I have thrown their way, and the salon is clean and hygienic.

(505) Reviews Vybrant:

Nicole Buckley UPDATED REVIEW: Noting that the owner responds to negative reviews unprofessionally—there’s proof of that below and on numerous other negative reviews from this month/year. In direct response to the comment left on mine: the issues were (1) causing me physical pain, (2) ruining the shape of my nails, and (3) rudeness—which continues in the owner’s response. I said I didn’t mind that there wasn’t time for a design. **ALSO: this shop appears to audio/video record its patrons to respond to negative reviews. Prior responses reference specific conversations and “seeing the camera”. Yikes.** I won’t ever be going back to Vybrant after my most recent experience—and this is coming from a loyal customer. I booked an appointment for 3:45 on 12/3, and from the moment I walked in, the tech was extremely rude. I asked if I could do a simple design, and she said no; she didn’t have the time. That’s fair, honestly, especially during the holidays. But things went downhill quickly. For example: my hands and nails were in pure acetone for 20 minutes. That’s not normal, and it’s super painful. I had to ask to remove them after it got too bad to continue. Then, I only got two coats of dip. I’ve had dip manicures for four years every four weeks—and I have always have three coats minimum, regardless of the tech. This tech refused to do a third, then argued with me about my preferences. She even told me that I need to “special request” a third coat *before* my appointment going forward. Seriously? As a result of too little dip, my nails are flimsy and have virtually no color (you can even see the tips of my nails as if this were a French manicure). The tech later added an extra top coat to “fix” the fact that she didn’t use enough dip—but that just made my nails lumpy and uneven. In addition to all that, my nails aren’t even all cut to the same length. I’ve attached photos, and you can see that they’re altogether uneven, have no discernible color (was supposed to be a light pink), and are pocked with lumps/divots. Over the course of the service, the tech also nicked my cuticles and the pads of my fingers (?!) with her drill bit. Given how rude she was and how awful my nails look, I’m upset I had to pay the added 20% gratuity (though honestly this wasn’t worth the base $65 in the first place). I won’t be coming back, and I will be telling my friends—who I recommended try Vybrant in the first place—not to return. So disappointing.

Chelsea Osborn I have been coming here for years and theres a reason I always come back! The quality and staff of Vybrant are truly unmatched. My nails always look so so good, and last a long time (I am a bartender and put my nails through a lot). I honestly cant get my nails done anywhere else because its just not the same. Shoutout to Jade, Timmy, Jolie for their artistry on numerous special occasions in my life! I cant tell you how much I appreciate everyone at Vybrant for always taking great care of me, never rushing and going above and beyond to make my vision (and crazy designs) come to life! ❤️

Helen Park Great customer service! First time getting my nails done, came in as a spontaneous walk-in and I love the way my nails turned out. Very professional. Affordable. Time efficient. Definitely would come again!

Miriam Mathan Update from 11/6: I had originally rated this place 5 stars but I had my nails done today at it was pretty okay: Happy with everything except this design… I had asked for checkerboard and I’m not too impressed with this. Still had to pay full price but it is what it is! Was happier with my previous visit My first time there: I love this place! I had never gotten a manicure before and wanted to treat myself; I did a lot of research and thought I’d give Vybrant a try (SO glad I did!). The place was clean and calming and all the staff were so kind. The technician who did my nails was incredibly patient with my indecisiveness and really helped me to find a design and color I love. Pricing was very very reasonable and definitely worth it for such a great experience. I will definitely be back!!

Rebecca Katz Incredible! I got dip and he gave me a beautiful shape, no bubbles, sturdy but not too chunky looking. He was also not overly drill-happy and was careful to soak off the final layer of my previous polish. Also he asked if I wanted lotion or cuticle oil, which I really appreciated because I am sensitive to fragrance and generally don’t like when salons do it without asking first. I will definitely come back next time I am in Seattle!

Jessica Allossery I’ve been here a couple times - what I appreciate is the salon getting me in quickly and sometimes without an appointment. But I went here today and was sorely disappointed. The woman seemed like she was rushing through my mani and pedi (they did not seem overly busy), she seemed annoyed and overall the final job just looks sloppy. There even a fuzzy baked into my gel nail that will be there until I take the gel off. She was going so fast that a lot of my skin had gel on it, and she was filing my skin with a nail file to remove the paint. She also did not paint close enough to my cuticles and there are bubbles and unevenness. Honestly quite unhappy with my experience today.

Mallory Malone I love this nail place- it’s the best in the Seattle area. My nails always look perfect and they last for three weeks!

Amy Heinemann My Nail Bar is my go-to for their friendly service and quality. My shellac manicures always last 2-3 weeks and no matter which employee does my nails, they are always well-done. Highly recommend!

Katherine Laitsch Ive been here multiple times, and the last time I went about a month ago to get my nails done for my Bachelorette. Not only did it feel extremely rushed but I left the salon with gel polish all over my fingers, gluing my skin to my nail. There were also bumps and ridges instead of smooth polish. There is nothing worse than paying $75 for nails and going home to fix and file them yourself. Also, instead of doing any real cuticle work, they used the drill to drill away my cuticles. Not only was this method ineffective and led to so many hangnails in the following days, but it actually hurt too. There were a few times that Ive been and my nails have turned out OK, but the inconsistency just isnt worth the price :( This time here will be my last.

Leiren Designs The best pedicure I have had in town. I usually get the deluxe, but this time did the signature which included more massage and it was heavenly. I have had Vincent do my pedi and mani a few times now and he is so meticulous. The usually can accommodate walking in too, which is super helpful.

A T Striber Ive been to Hava Nails twice now (once as prep for my wedding)and loved my nails both times! I get the dip, deluxe manicure and its so worth it. I chose this business originally as I was searching for a salon that had COVID protocol in place. Their location is clean and everyone is wearing a mask. Im docking one point only because at my second visit, another customer was not complying with their mask rules. I understand its not Havas fault and they did give her a mask when she didnt arrive with one. However, this customer sat in the pedicure chair without the mask on and they let her stay. For a location clearly caring about pandemic safety, I would expect theyd say she needs to comply or hit the road!

N A I got a standard mani-pedi with regular, non-gel polish at this location. The location is new and very clean inside. Mostly very well ventilated and the air doesnt smell like cleaning chemicals or acetone outside of one small area. The chairs and equipment are new and clean. The pedicure was average, felt very perfunctory but I feel that is the case for most nail salons and nail treatments done outside of a spa setting. My boyfriend liked it so much he almost fell asleep it was so relaxing! The manicure was good too, and didnt take very long. They really push the gel polish here like most places. But I was shocked at how long my manicure lasted! Still going strong 10 days later. I would highly recommended if you need quality polish to last a long time.

S S Pretty happy with how these turned out. They were able to get me in same day. Process took a while (hour and a half) and was a liiitle pricey ($64 before tip) but they look good. Didn’t go full 5 star because quality wise it was a little messy - gel on nail beds and on skin etc.

Heather Zhang I got shellac nails done, and it was very visibly not over the entire nail, even after they removed my cuticles. I had to wait about 20 minutes during a weekday afternoon too. Im fairly disappointed with the service, the nails are also a bit bumpy instead of smooth because the nail technician had to go over some spots multiple times. And she frequently got polish underneath the fingernails, which was really unpleasant and took a few days to slowly scrape off. Actual durability is good though, I havent seen any wear after two weeks.

Aparna Mahadevan Would not recommend. They took 2 hours to do a basic dip manicure while stopping every 5 minutes to take phone calls to schedule other clients which was not relaxing for me at all. The nails turned out wobbly and with weird gunk under my fingernails and caused me to bleed on one of my cuticles. They didn’t even do the designs I asked for and also made me an hour late to my next plan. She was rushing me at the end to attend to other clients (some of whom had been double booked and made to wait 20 min while she finished mine). All of this cost me $75 for a poor job I could have done on my own at home. They apologized a lot and offered to redo the designs on a Monday, but I’m sorry, I go to the nail salon to relax on the weekend, not get more stressed to get a poor job done and have to redo it on a weekday. Their tip options screen goes to 40% to boot which I simply cannot understand.

Za Sin Mawi This is my first time at perfection nail salon and will definitely come back. All the stuffs are so kind and friendly. Especially the one who did my nails was so kind and patient. I’m so bad that I forgot to ask my nail. The shape was perfect that I asked for. And I even got to sit and relax at massage chair while I waited. Definitely should try if you haven’t been there.

Rituparna Mallick I’ve been visiting them since beginning of 2024. I moved from a simple to a gel manicure. The service continues to be budget friendly. I love the colors and the care they put in every time. Great recommendations. They have a new color collection, looks like a gel and so apt and comforting for fall. Give it a try. Highly recommend.

Aja Knott my pedicure was fine, but i got an acrylic set and they could not shape my nails. several of the nails are crooked, she didn’t trim my cuticles, and she cut me with the drill several times. also it was pretty dirty in there, dirt on the floor and dust on surfaces. i paid $115 and im super unhappy with what i got.

Laura I very much enjoy getting my nails done here. I’m so happy to live so close to them. They’re always so sweet and friendly. Prices are very reasonable especially with today’s economy. For the most part, I’ve had very good consistency in my gel fills and gel pedicures. I sometimes get an artsy nail design and always happy with the final finish. The bonus part for me when they are able to do a manicure while having my pedicure. They’re usually able to pull this off when they don’t have all their chairs occupied.

Preeti Pental I initially wrote a review about my experience right after it happened, received a phone call from the owner (Michael) telling me he would make things right and humbly requested me to remove my review. This is a small business and I never want to hurt a small business, so I did. Michael has since been unresponsive to me and has not reached out to offer for my nails to be fixed or for be to get a refund, so I am re-writing a review, but this time from a more rational, less angry place. I went into Funny Bunny on Friday around 12pm on Friday (10/18). The nail spa had several service providers sitting or standing, and about two patrons actively being served by other service providers. I was assigned to Martin (there are other reviews about this man) and asked by the woman who assigned me to pick out a color. I walked over to the area where the nail color samples are located and started to pick out a color and shortly after I started looking through colors (~less than 2 minutes), Martin repeatedly asked if I found a color. Martin was standing very physically close to me and stepped away twice and said verbatim "I need more time to find a color." After my second time stating this, Martin snatched the nail colors out of my hand and told me to go sit down, which I was shocked by so I laughed and complied with it. I really just assumed he had a strange sense of humor, but I didnt believe he was actually upset with me for taking the time to pick a color I wanted. Believe you me, I would have rushed to pick a color had the nail spa been pretty busy, but it was not. Martin then started on my nails and seemed pretty upset with me (e.g., rolling his eyes, aggressively moving my hands and fingers into the position he needed). The color I picked had absolutely no color pay off, so he asked me to pick another color. Please note that the first color not working was not my fault, and at this point, there was still no one waiting for service. I picked the second color, didnt like it, and asked him to change it after he painted one single coat. Please note that he asked me if I liked this color. Had he not asked me, I would have just continued with this color, I believe he asked me because it was the salons fault rather than the me, the patrons fault, that the initial color didnt work. I picked a third and final color (that Ive gotten before) and Martin proceeded to say "are you sure about this color?" and told me to stop changing my mind, even though this is factually inconsistent with what actually happened. I asked for a round shape and I came into the salon with a perfect, round shape, so I am not sure how we got to the angular mess featured in the pictures. The pictures show a gel manicure, but it doesnt even look like my nails have a top coat on them. Martin was also pinching my fingers and digging into them with his nails, which seemed like an anger response and felt pretty intentional to me. After I posted my initial review, Michael (the owner), called me and I shared with him what happened. To my shock, Michael said "between you and me, Martin doesnt like women." You cant make this up. I have no clue why Michael would even tell me that, but if Martin doesnt like women, he shouldnt be working at a nail spa. Ive never had an experience that made me feel physically accosted and uncomfortable, but Martin definitely made me feel that way and I would never want another young girl or woman to feel that way. When I look through other reviews, it seems to me that this isnt the first time Martin has made someone feel this way. I will literally never go back, and I recommend you dont either.

Mari Maier I paid for a deluxe manicure and a full set and the whole service was rushed. The gentleman who did my set was very friendly and did a decent job on my nails but I’ve paid less for better. I’m used to a manicure being a 30 minute service and full set an hour and I was done in about 50 minutes total for both. I didn’t realize until later that a few of my nails were crooked and that was on me but they were busy and I also didn’t want to hold them up, however I made an appointment and feel as though appointments shouldn’t be rushed through. I went because I was in Seattle for the weekend but wouldn’t go out of my way to go back.

Agnes Dobo I went to Funny Bunny 3 different occasions and had both mani and pedi. Here are my thoughts. Positives: great location - it’s very central, close to my home and to work as well. Availability of appointments - plenty of available appointments, even for the same day. Negatives: - They can’t do a decent looking builder gel manicure. Nails look very thick and the shape is uneven. It looks shockingly cheap. - Price is up with the most expensive salons and the quality doesn’t justify the price. - Their tipping options are ridiculous with 20% being the lowest option. I understand we aren’t obliged to tip but it’s annoying that they have the audacity to put a 50% option, given the low quality service provided. - Staff hardly speak English and it is very rude when they speak to each other in their language instead of interacting with the clients. Overall, I give Funny Bunny 3 stars because their pedicure is ok, the location is great and it’s good when you have an emergency but overall I would not recommend it as a go to place. I gave them a chance 3 times and tried different nail technicians but the results were always somewhat disappointing. I will not return.

Elizabeth Cromwell I had a great experience here and will be back for future gel manicures: my stylist was Martin and I will be asking for him next time too. He was polite, patient, delicate in his manicure and manner. He is super precise and careful. I have short rough nails and he made them look so pretty!!! Also I get nervous as sometimes gels are so thick they look weird but mine are perfect. Just a bit jelly like and not too thick. Also you can see that he took great care of my cuticles. ( Dont mind my old lady hands, those arent his fault)

Katelyn Schlefke Absolutely wonderful experience! Moved to Seattle recently and I was looking for my new regular salon! I got a gel manicure done by Tia today, and she was incredibly professional and skilled, did excellent work in a timely fashion, and gave all her attention to my manicure. She asked me what nail shape I wanted, and even checked to make sure I liked it! I would recommend anyone get their nails done here, excellent service and quality work!

Avisha Manik I had a really disappointing experience for manicure and pedicure at this salon and won’t be returning. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was unwelcoming, which set the tone for the rest of my visit. During my pedicure, the water wasn’t warm enough, and the technician seemed to be rushing through the process, even though the salon wasn’t busy. My manicure was even worse—the technician pulled on my cuticles so aggressively that one started bleeding and didn’t stop for the entire service (30-45 minutes). She acknowledged it with a quick “sorry” but made no effort to address the issue, or offer any kind of solution or compensation. On top of that, my hands and feet felt unusually dry after the service. One week later, my nail polish is chipped, my nails are brittle, and my feet are cracked and dry—meaning I now have to get another mani-pedi elsewhere. For the $70 I spent, I expected much better quality and care. I’ve had plenty of pleasant and long-lasting manicures before without any issues, but this was by far my worst experience. Definitely not worth the high prices.

t My first visit to this place set me off on the wrong foot. I had come in with dipped natural medium-sized nails; I wanted them taken off and enjoyed a good manicure service. The removal and application were great, but I noticed my nails were paper thin when I left; it was to the point where I was uncomfortable getting my nails wet because they were bending in half; one of my nails snapped in half, and I attached a picture below. I had called to ask them to fix the broken nail which occurred 2 days after my appointment, the nail lady seemed upset that I was asking them to fix the nail THAT THEY DID! They fixed my nails by just putting nail glue on top and applying a coat of top coat to all of them. Its been only 2 days since the top is peeling in sections, and my nail has snapped in half close to my nail bed again. For a nail place that claims they know how to be professional I would have to disagree, Emily the nail tech and the front desk lady should have known better to treat their customers with kindness and make sure the service is worth the money we pay. I am disappointed because now, after 2 weeks and after spending 70 dollars, I have to get my nails redone before they all break.
