1 /5 Avis McCann: I am only reviewing the restaurant The Crossing Cafe. I was there on Monday morning after 1 am. Waited for about forty minutes in line to place the order. I paid at 1:48 am. Im not sure when I finally received my order. When I was finally able to set down to eat, I discovered that my chicken fingers were burnt. I tried to eat the food but the chicken was really burnt badly. I stood in line again to speak with the cashier. Upon showing my food to the cashier at 2:26 am, it was taken to the cooking area, when cashier returned, the cashiers head dropped down and it was explained to me that the cook stated that "it is the way that the chicken fingers always look." My reply was, "So they used dirty, old, or burnt grease?" I was highly disappointed. This was the only place that was opened at the time and my first time at the Rivers Consino. I immediately asked for a refund. The cashier let me see. The ticket displays the actual time my ticket was reopened. I received my refund at 2:44am. As you can see, it took 10 minutes to bring my refund from a distance of 5 feet. I think my refund was debated.

3 /5 Leonette Carter: So, the reason for three stars is simply I didnt like smelling the smoke! Is there really such a thing to have a smoking area and a non-smoking area under the same roof?? Im also saddened by the people that messed up the free drinks while you gamble. I think they could have done something a little different so everyone was punished... other than that it was a nice place.

4 /5 Holly Marie: Plenty to see and play. Welcoming cozy environment. Unique bars and restaurants. I had some amazing fried cat fish! Cute layout and its bigger than I thought inside. Great idea for date night especially if theres a live band! Yard House food is banging and full of flavor.

3 /5 Penny Klanke: If you want us to spend more money you should make it fun to play. We like to play the slots and the bonuses. The machines werent nice. So we left after an hour of losing. I get it you gotta make money...if its not fun...I wont play anymore. I wont go back. I only spent 50 dollars because I lost it quickly. Watched my friend win then lose and kept losing. Im sure my opinion isnt gonna break ya.
